I thought all the one stars were a fluke, but nope. Accurate.
This is my second time picking up meds from this location. Both times have been a joke. Last month it was horrid communication skills on the part of the employees and a total lack of care. I thought I'd give them one more shot today. At 2pm I'm waiting in a line of other folks for the employee(s) to come back from lunch. By 2:22pm I gave up and walked out. If you're going to take your lunch late, put a sign up with some communication. Let your customers waiting for needed medication know when you're going to be back instead of letting them just stand there. Something would be better than nothing.
After today I'm transferring my prescriptions to Walmart.

This is my first one star review for anything and I'm pushing 40. The staff that I dealt with were perfectly nice and courteous (Brice, Tyler, and a young woman who's name i didn't catch) but the head pharmacist is a piece of work who came unhinged when I asked to skip a consult (a thing you can do) for some burn cream. He looked like he wanted to come fight me! I then had to apologize several times to this little Napoleon over the course of a few minutes so he would give me my burn cream. Corporate should really investigate why a store has more than 50% one star reviews.

Absolutely do NOT ever use this place have randomly forgotten that fact and attempt to use the (Thurston) Springfield one a few times and 100% rate of screwing up your order to the point you have to transfer it to get it timely.

Had issues over the last 6 months with prescription being filled. Been on hold for an hour only to be hung up on. Pharmacy been closed when they were supposed to be open. Then, try to get my refill, only to find out that the pharmacy is temporarily closed. Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The store portion is fine, but that's supposed to be secondary.

I am absolutely disappointed in Walgreens pharmacy at this location. I have medication that I must take every day or I get sick. Both times I sent my prescription to this location they lost it..when I called to get it straightened out they took so long to correct it that I had to wait until the following day and both times ended up sick. I switched to hirons today and they had my script ready within 3 hours after my appointment at the doctor and Im sure my doctor didn't send it immediately. I also didn't have to wait in line when I arrived . Ten stars to hirons 1 to Walgreens.

Why doesn't this walgreens stay open and accommodate their customers. Get a pharmist that wants to work, then I'll five star the store. Instead I have to go across town on a Friday night just to fill my medicine since they sent it back after I've been twice and they were closed because of no pharmist on duty.

My husband & I finished up at the emergency room at Willamette McKenzie hospital at 10 mins before Walgreens on Mohawk closed! The phamacist told us they were closing and asked if we could pick it up the next day. We explained that we live up river and because of circumstances, wouldn't be able to. He spoke with a coworker & they were able to fill it then! We appreciate their kindness!
