Asked for assistance to find things since the layout of the store is wonky and the woman acted as if she couldn't be bothered. The store was not very clean and the checker Rude AF. Will not be going back

My wife brought her 2023 Nissan Rogue in for an Oil Change. The service tech noticed that the previous servicing was done improperly and didn't want to in good conscience finish the job because it would require improperly torquing the oils pan plug and run the risk of malfunctioning. Between the Tire lube express manager, and the store manager, they went way above and beyond for my wife, even getting the vehicle towed to the dealership. I am just beside myself at the level of professionalism and exceptional customer service that we received. Thank you very much Springfield Walmart!!!

Sat for over an hour in my car with kids and a dog waiting for someone to bring my order out because the app crashed.
Instead of making us sit here for an hour TAKE A NAME and go get an order.
Also. Maybe don’t turn your phone off so we can all call to check in?
I will not use Walmart after this.
Horrible experience and whoever is over online grocery pick up should be ashamed.

Of people are going to be shopping during the summer, leave your dog at home. I told an associate that there was a dog in distress in the parking lot, he's barking, panting and trying to escape. The guy says, I don't care, I'm inside.
Thank you to the security dude outside. I know it's dark, their windows were open but we're in an extreme heat wave. I get you don't pay your associates enough to care, but I'm hoping he'd learn to page management.

Sometimes while standing in line I feel like I've been kidnapped. Some people only have one or two items and would like to get them and get out. I finally switched lines and Ted I believe was his name that was the cashier. He was doing a fantastic job getting the lines cut down. He had a coach badge on his shirt. I definitely applaud his work. He gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Walmart gets a ⭐⭐.
