I called to see if I could get an alignment done before I could even tell the guy what I needed he screamed. I don’t work on Range Rover’s. Very poor Customer service never ever will use this place.

These guys let me bring my Pacifica in on short notice and did several hours of comprehensive diagnostic work. Turns out the parts needed were under warranty, but only at the Chrysler dealership. So I had to move on. Too bad too, I would rather have had Wayne's do the work. Incidentally, Jerry ran a complimentary engine check light code pull on my mother's car and I hope they take good care of her when she brings her car in for work. Courteous and professional.

Came in with an ABS sensor problem, they replaced the sensor. After driving a while it failed again. Decided to look at it myself this time, and after inspection the underlying problem was a failed wheel hub bearing. I’m going to stick to servicing my own stuff from here on out. Through shops and hard to find anymore.

This was one of the best shops I’ve ever been to. They have very fair pricing, are great at explaining whats wrong, and are prompt with repairs. I’d highly recommend!

Great service on our old beater truck. Fixed what was needed, gave great advice and a list of things we could do to keep it in best running shape. Very fair and easy to work with.

Got my Jeep in and fixed fast, great communication throughout the process and worked with the extended warranty company for payment so I didn't have to navigate that part at all.

My nephews car died and he had it towed into Kendall Chevy. They took over a week for the appt, quoted him $2000 for an alternator, charged him $190 for a diagnostic. He took it to Wayne’s and they not only were amazing on the phone but got the car up and running in one day. Our family will be going to Wayne’s first moving forward. Lesson learned.

Wayne’s Garage got me in quick when other shops were scheduling a week out. They quickly diagnosed my power steering issue and provided an estimate. They procured the required part and completed the work all in the same day. Their price was reasonable and their service great. Their chauffeur driver is great company as well.
I couldn’t have asked for anything more and these guys really came through for me.

Wayne’s is an amazing garage with very knowledgeable, kind and helpful staff. I take my Kia in to them for everything from oil changes to electrical issues and always get it back in great condition for a fair price. I have been with them for two years now and haven’t had anything but great service!

OMG, you do not get service like this any more any where Amazing fix my truck in a timely manner, washed my truck at no charge before I picked it up after they fixed it. Customer service is the best I ever had. I highly recommend this place

Wayne’s Garage has honest, skilled mechanics. They do excellent work at half the cost of the Nissan dealer. I appreciate and know that I will get a fair and honest assessment from them regarding work that needs to be done. And the repairs will be done well ??

I needed some work done on my car [ built 4th gen eclipse ∼ 350whp 30k miles on frame and motor] I had some issues with my transmission. I figured I would take my car to waynes because I had noticed all of their "awards" and "certificates" . That's where I went wrong. After I had left my car with them for 1 week they ended up losing a bolt to hold my brakeline back, they drained all the dot 3 brake fluid out of the resivoir, and to top it off the interior has greasy fingerprints in many areas. I dont understand how a business can be around for 50 years and receive many seals and awards but can't complete a basic service some teens have done before. I would RECOMMEND everyone reading this to not bring you're vehicle to waynes.
