Wells Fargo Bank in Springfield offers personalized attention and empowering everyday banking with self-service tools. Customers have been banking with them for 16 years without any problems, sticking with what works. However, the bank has reduced customer service, requiring customers to roll their own coins to exchange for bills and limiting the purchase of rolls of quarters, even for account holders.
Went in for a withdrawal, in and out in less than 10 minutes on a Saturday. Bank teller was nice and friendly.

Over a 3 day period and 3 visits to this branch we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Heather, Ishy, and Violet. All three ladies were very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and kind to take care of our transactions. Thank you all.

been banking with them for 16yrs and haven't had any problems so I'm sticking with what works. if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
