i wish i could of gave the cenntenial location a negative star.not great customer service.called an they would not let me speak to a manager.did not resolve my problem.these employees really need some customer service training! time to look for a better bank.

12 day hold on my check I deposited. I have bills to pay, and they can’t do anything expect tell me to wait 12 days to validate my check. Never had it take this long at any bank.

Have been waiting for my ss check to be deposited in my account, called the bank they said their system for direct deposit is down and they dont know when it will be fixed, so what am i supposed to do for money until they fix it, are they going to pay my late fees? I will be closing my account and going somewhere else.

This bank has the worst people working in it. I went to bring paperwork to open a simple IRA per my former retirement company request . They turned me away stating the only option I had was do open it online, and that no one in the bank would do it. The branch in Eugene had me make an appointment so we can start the process.... I will not be back.

Inconsistent and unreliable if you need quarters. This branch used to be great about providing service. Now any time you visit you will receive different stories. Some tellers will give 1 roll, some 2, some 4. Some will give you grief over just 1 roll. Who the hell has time to hit the bank for quarters needed for laundry 2x-3x a week?

Refuses to give account holders more than one roll of quarters. When questioned, their response was "well it has always been this way, and even business owners only get two". I've been with Wells Fargo for 12 years and I have never once heard this. In fact, I've gotten up to $100 in quarters from this location specifically before.What use is a bank that doesn't allow you to withdraw your money in the denomination of your choosing? If you don't have enough quarters on hand, order more or give me the option to.

been banking with them for 16yrs and haven't had any problems so I'm sticking with what works. if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

They limit the amount of money you can spend and restrict larger deposits. I’m better off keeping my money under the mattress

Wondering what is going on with Wells Fargo in general. I am super frustrated that I can't deposit a check at your ATM. No explanation just denial. This has happened to me multiple times. I tried to call the local branch and nobody can answer the phone either. Might be time to move all my banking needs to another more responsive place!

Has reduced customer service. You must roll your own coins to exchange for bills and you may purchase only 1 roll of quarters EVEN BEING AN ACCOUNT HOLDER!!!
