Cheapest and best supermarket customer service is the best better than Costco and wayyy better than Safeway I totally recommend WinCo foods.

The WinCo’s in eugene/Springfield are top notch compared to the Portland stores which are total dumps, sorry…. i came here for a deli item to eat and their selection of salads blew me away. Not a sprinkle of bacon but a 1/4 cup of bacon and they have crab salads at WinCo!? Who knew? i didn’t……

Winco is the best! Most things in their Winco brand are great too. There are a few exceptions. If you're picky like me!
The only thing, so far, that I'm unhappy with is THE POTATOES!!! The ones they have in the big cardboard boxes ? stink!!!
The store has been rearranged and it seems like things are in a better area for shopping. Once you get used to where they've been moved too that is.
UPDATE: The relocation is done, and it looks much nicer. The upgrades are really awesome ?

Customer Service: "I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at WinCo. There seemed to be a lack of professionalism and friendliness among the staff."
Cleanliness: "The cleanliness of the store and the appearance of some employees left much to be desired. It would benefit WinCo to prioritize cleanliness and hygiene standards."
Product Quality: "I encountered expired products on the shelves during my visit, which was concerning. Maintaining product freshness and quality is essential for any grocery store."
Legal Compliance: "I was disappointed to find expired products being sold at WinCo, as this is not only a violation of trust with customers but also potentially illegal. It's important for WinCo to adhere to all legal regulations regarding product expiration dates."

Prices a high!! Your better going elsewhere! Some items are more reasonable than others on price! Prices continues to be expensive there.

Just witnessed a winco employee park in front of the store, 2 spaces from the disabled spots, get out, out on her apron and coat that both say Winco on them and head in to work. Not cool!

Ok everyone. This post may have no pics, but its one of my best yet. I love WinCo Foods. They are awesome beyond belief. I saved 30 to 40 buck for getting what I normally pay. I was able to get the use of an electric card. They check them out to you using your ORID. I was able to move around the Mohawk shopping center and accross to Sonic with a regular grocery cart. WinCo beats all the other grocery stores out of the park. They save you Money.
