Came here to drop off a modem for a family member that left the state to tend to a medical issue, and some guy with rotten teeth and terrible customer service would NOT let me simply drop off the modem to be returned to warehouse. I then had to drive to Valley River to simply drop the modem off! RIDICULOUS!!! Haven’t been back since and won’t be back!!!

Xfinifty is absolutely awful. Their internet service is spotty at best and they charge 3 to 6 times more than other internet service providers. Their customer service is terrible too. If you have other options for internet, I would definitely look elsewhere.

Horrible costume service. Said they don’t know how to work a phone. Wasn’t able to help my client at all. Would not recommend anyone ever going into this store. I even asked to talk to the manager and the manager then said. What does she want. Like I didn’t matter

This Xfinity was the worst. They charged my account with a landline for a whole year, NO ONE HAS LANDLINES ANYMORE. I wasn’t able to remove this after months of fighting with them until I went to the other Xfinity by valley river and they were so kind to me. The valley river location said this was very common for the springfield location and to never go there!

Very bad service, staff is not experienced after having service with them for a full year I go into the store to receive customer service and they told me after a year of taking my money that they could not help me? Please do not use this service! I left Xfinity but they are still taking money from my account!!!

Worst experience with a phone company I have ever had!
I came in explaining very simply. I have a cell phone line and my daughter has a watch on a separate line so I can contact her that I want to switch over to Xfinity because I already have my home internet with you. They say ok no problem let’s get you set up sign here here pay this here’s your new phone. My daughter wasn’t with me at the time so they told me to just bring her watch in and they would transfer it over also no problem. I proceed to show up with my daughter’s watch days later. A different associate spends more than a hour trying to transfer the watch unable to figure it out. Explaining to me that she has no idea how to setup a watch and even the manager doesn’t know how to even use his own iwatch. She gives me a help line makes a bunch of excuses saying things need updated reset and then it should work and send me on my way. I call the helpline that is no help at all and come back into the store the next day. The associate that originally helped me is working this time. He proceeds to tell me now that he has never heard of Xfinity having a separate phone line for watch’s! At this point I’m very angry cause they lied straight to my face took my money and started a contract with me. I demand a manager. They send out an assistant manager that was actually very helpful and offered some solutions by setting up a separate phone line for my watch to pair to my old phone. Not what I wanted really but it was a solution. Now more then two weeks later. I have been in and out of this idiotic store more then 5 times and have called xfinity to be on hold deal with idiotic automated services to finally get to talk to a person who has me pair and un pair the watch idk how many times reset them both I could go on. But yet the watch still does not work or receive calls as I sit on hold with the xfinity help line writing this currently. But it’s all ok cause they gave me a 20$ credit to my account. BIGGEST IDIOTIC JOKE OF A CONN ARTIST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

Xfinity across from Valley River Center Eugene Oregon is Fantastic! The associates are caring, considerate and they get the job done! My associate today, Martin, completely turned my day around 🤗🤗🤗.
I had just come from the worst experience at the Springfield OR Xfinity store 😡😡😡. I will NEVER as long I live step foot in that Xfinity store again. I have never been treated so badly by a store employee in my life! The employee standing at the main desk refused to even acknowledge me whatsoever. I finally walked over to him and asked him if he was an employee that was supposed to help people. He looked up from the phone he was playing on and rudely said, "Yes, what can I help you with?". My issue was with $70 being taken out of my bank account on an Xfinity account I had cancelled. I showed him a screenshot of the transaction which he barely glanced at. I asked him what they could do to return my money to my bank account. In the absolute rudest manner ever he looked me in the face and blatantly lied to me, stating that no one there could help me with that and I would just have to go home and call customer service 😕🙄😖. I was livid! I walked out fuming...
I was with my Mom who was heading to Valley River Center and I happened to see another Xfinity store 🤔... Worth a try, right? Oh my 🙉, I could not believe it. I was greeted at the door by smiling associate's (plural), they wanted to know how they could help me. I gave them the condensed version of my HORRIBLE experience. They were not surprised. Martin led me to a table and set about making it right. Funny thing is... I didn't have to make a single call to "stinking" customer service 😊 what do ya know? If you need Xfinity, trust me, drive to Valley River!

Huge shout out to Chris for his exemplary customer service! I went in today with my daughter to get her a new phone and get her added onto my account because she'd been going through Boost Mobile for years and their service and customer care were trash. Despite it being busy and them being short staffed Chris immediately came to help me and got to work getting us what we needed. It was kind of a long process but he was patient and kind, informative and funny. He made the experience a pleasant one. He wasn't fake and pretentious, he talked to us like we were real human beings, not just numbers for the day. I really appreciate that from someone working his position. He even jumped back and forth helping other people who came in when he could. We left with a nice new phone and a great deal! Give that man a raise! He deserves it! 👏👏

I came in for just home internet services because there were discrepancies in pricing online. I was moving to a new place nearby and they were the only option. I was offered to transfer my 2 existing Verizon lines and bundle it with home internet and phone and would end up paying $40 less for everything than what I was currently paying Verizon for just the 2 lines. I expressed that my only concern was that for both devices on my existing lines, I have many hundreds of dollars owed on them and am also recieving device promotional credits for earlier trade-ins that I would lose. I even pulled up my verizon account and showed her how much I owed, and expressed that I didn't want to lose the credits that are applied to my device payments each month. The sales associate told me that I don't need to worry about that. Great. It sounds like their new customer promotions are pretty incredible. I signed. I was given a gateway (modem), transferred our mobile lines via new eSIM, and everything was great until 3 weeks later.
I was in the hospital welcoming a baby into the world when I received a bill from Verizon for $1,545. When contacting Xfinity customer service, I was informed Xfinity does not offer device buyout. They also told me that they never should have been able to transfer the devices if there were still payments being made on them.
I was straight up LIED to. I REALLY did need to worry.
I have spent more hours on the phone with Verizon and Xfinity trying to get this resolved than I've been able to sleep or hold my new baby combined. I have to transfer my Xfinity mobile lines back to Verizon, beg for an affordable plan of strictly home internet, and beg Verizon to reinstate my previous account terms and device promotional credits. As a customer of Verizon for over a decade, they may just be able to make this happen, but this is a massive burden and stress on me and my family over a manipulative sales tactic, a horribly timed frustration when I should be celebrating, and a damn good reason to hold close the idea that if something sounds too good to be true, it really is.
If you are with Verizon and you are still paying on ANY of your devices, DO NOT switch to Xfinity mobile, no matter what they tell you.

DON'T GO HERE! This location is a complete joke. They are unprofessional, and not helpful at all. I came in one day while three people were waiting to be served I saw employees playing basketball and goofing around, was told there was no better plan than the one I had currently that I should be thankful for as low as I was paying... went to the valley River location and found a much better plan! Save yourself the headache and go to the valley River location!
