You start a conversation with customer service and once you get a permission and state your issue they drop you. No response, just waiting there for hours and then they leave. Has happened countless of times. I have multiple screenshots. Customer service was good and now it’s trash. Looking to switch cellular service now.

Worst customer service ever. They told me I would get a free phone line with purchase of internet. I never got my free phone line and they double charged me every month. Then when I figured it out they said they would refund me and never did. They like to say it’s Comcast’s fault and then comcast will say it’s xfinitys fault. Do NOT use xfinity. They are a complete scam.

No option for 0 stats for Xfinity or comcast. Pay my bill month to month. When cancle my service November nov 27 2025.
Got a bill $170 for couple days. I called so many times not good response .Just waste time and money with Xfinity and Comcast.

David added an additional service for voice for a LANDLINE to my internet service without even telling me. Just realized this and had to get a cancellation and refund. Disgusting. Don’t trust them they are scammers. The Eugene store was better.

Xfinity cares absolutely 0 in regards to current customers. They have great promos, if you aren't an existing customer. Don't waste your time. Stay with Verizon, tmobile etc.

I pay on line every month but it loses my password every month so I have to sign up again
For the past year and a half It’s still happening so I’m taking the equipment back and that’s why I’m not using the service anymore

If you want frustration call xfinity. If you want to keep your hair and not pull it all out. Drive over to this store and talk to the associates. They can assist , Talk to Patrick. He can fix the iss I es that we're making you mad

We went here to return our equipment as we’re moving and Xfinity isn’t offered where we’re going. Upon arriving, Natasha greeted us to assist. Her first computer didn’t work so she took us to a second one where she returned our equipment but then said the receipt machine was out of ink and she couldn’t provide us a receipt. So we asked if she could go to another computer or plug in a different receipt machine. She said no. So we said, okay how can you provide a receipt? And she threw her hands up and said “I can’t!” So I asked how we confirm it was returned and get our final bill and she looked at me like I’m stupid and said “we don’t do final bills here” as if I would know. Then when we said we needed a receipt, she stormed off and said “I’ll go get someone who can explain it to you since you aren’t listening to me” and Silas came out and was of no help either. He treated us like we’re stupid for wanting a receipt of returns equipment. We asked how can we prove this if asked and he said call the 1-800 number. He had us take a picture of the system as “proof” but it’s just a blank page proving nothing. We will never return to Xfinity after this experience. Xfinity please invest some major customer service training in Natasha as she was the most rude and unhelpful customer service professionals eye rolling huffing and puffing are absolutely unacceptable.

I signed up with a student discount which was supposed to be 50 a month for 2gb data.. but i didnt want to wait for the modem in the mail so I went to the springfield xfinity store, which was a huge mistake. Dude bait and switched me lied and said it would go back down to that but ended up adding a land line to the account.. not at all what I agreed to not what I wanted. I was supposed to just pick up the modem and the guy said I had to sign something, didnt tell me about the land line at all and raised the bill to 98 dollars a month. This is fraud and unfair business practice.

Nothing against this location but the company itself sucks. You can’t talk to a real person if you need help and they will do whatever they can to take your money. Evil company.

im a disabled senior citizen and live alone and my cell phone is my primary means of communication . Xfinity lied to me 3 times , wiped out my cell phone service for days , cost me so far about 8 solid hours of frustrating chats , many hours of in store hassle , cost me almost 1000 dollars of fines and fees and after reporting them to fcc they refuse to reimburse from all the trouble they caused me . I looked up their reviews and google says most of them lead to highly negative reviews . They suck , they suck, they suck !

I have been overcharged $500+. After calling Xfinity support it appears an employee here bought an iPad and set up a line on my account. I was told to file a police report by the Xfinity support person and that I’d be refunded the $. Additionally, they would waive my $25 line fee this month. It’s been 3 weeks and I have still not been refunded or contacted back. The $25 fee that was supposed to be waived just came out of my account. Leaving this review up until I am refunded and have some answers.
