Was good stay only problem was people above us very noisy just loud front desk checked couldn't locate they got louder and call front desk again and she said she would get room map out and take care of it and after that around 1230 it was quiet breakfast was great and everything good

I cannot attest to the hotel itself but I had an issue with booking through expedia. Michelle (sp) the front desk manager went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. Wish I was actually staying at the property so I could thank her in person! Customer service is excellent! Thank you Michelle!

I appreciate accessing the rooms via interior hallways. Much safer than exterior accessible hallways. The rooms are clean and quiet.

We had a lovely time. The included breakfast was very good and the pool and hot tub was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The coffee in the room tasted awful, but the coffee in the lobby was good. Our door did not shut properly. We had to lift it up to get it to close and latch. We were told someone would come look at it, but no one showed up. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. The front desk gal who checked us out was wonderful. I'm sorry I can't remember her name.

Very nice hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable beds, nice linens, fluffy towels... I recommend this place if you are staying in St. Helens.

Has all the basics, good water pressure, comfy bed, quiet. Room was a little musty, and there were no USB charging ports. It's set back from the road so it can be hard to spot the turn. It's a convenient distance from Portland, we stayed here the night before our flight out rather than deal with Portland traffic. Note that a lot of the gas stations here are still full serve. Breakfast fairly typical hot serve yourself eggs and meat, plus cereal options.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, very good breakfast, located in what seemed to be a decent neighborhood. My only complaint is that there was no elevator, other than that I had a very good stay at this hotel!
