Are you kidding? I drove over here from Scappoose to deposit a check and somehow it just says open on Google. Why would you just say open if I can't go in the branch? Uncool.

This bank has very poor customer service. I made an appointment to speak to someone, showed up 5 minutes early and was still waiting 21 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I finally gave up and walked out. How disrespectful for them not to consider your time as valuable as theirs’. I’ll never do business at this... read full comment
