If customer Service is important to you and your painting project transactions you will be sadly disappointed at the St Helens location. I purchased over 1500.00 in paint and supplies from the St Helens location over the course of painting my mother in laws home over 2 weeks time. At the completion of the project I had tried to return 27.93 worth of tape and and caulking that had gone unused. With a receipt and proof of purchase in hand Adam the store manager was unable to process a refund in any other form than a store gift card. Sad that with such nice employees that did such a great job only to have thier manager show them such a poor example of how to keep a customer happy. If at all possible find another place to purchase your projects supplies from.

Always great service at the St Helens, OR store, and great paint! The people there are always helpful and friendly and always go out of their way to provide great service which is so nice these days when so many do not.

Adam and his team are incredible!!! One of the most overwhelming things for me is picking out a paint color. I was able to show them my house and they helped me narrow it down and pick out the BEST color for my exterior. I couldn’t be happier and certainly couldn’t have done it without them. I’ve had tons of compliments on the color choice! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The employees at this store are awesome! Their sales rep Connor Gill is hands down the most knowledgeable person I ever met when it comes to paint. If you have a challenging project like turning oak cabinets into a smooth face set don't waste your time at a home improvement store like Ace or HomeDepot. Head into this store and they will set you up right!

I went into the store with a project in mind but didn't know which paint would be right for the job. I also had a paint color from a different supplier. The sales person talked me through the right paint for the job and matched the color for me. He also gave me some useful tips. Will definitely be buying all my paint from there. Also it's so convenient as it's right round the corner from where I live!

My experience with Sherwin Williams was fantastic! The gentleman who waited on me was very polite and helpful and did an excellent job of matching the paint sample I brought in. I highly recommend them.

I have worked with paint for over 6 years and I know how challenging color matching can be - especially when your customer is looking at an ink chip or worse: a computer/phone screen. Adam was incredible over the phone helping me to determine the closest Sherwin Williams colors he could find to a color I found of another brand. Sherwin Williams has THE BEST color options of any brand I've come across and with Adam being as helpful and patient as he was, I will not shop at another SW location again.

Fantastic service, an absolute 10/10 for me. I got the exact paint I wanted, the Manager was the one I purchased the paints from that day and he was incredibly down to earth, professional, and helpful about what I should do. I was still very naive about painting then, and he made sure I got what I needed and he gave good advice.
