St. Helens Grocery Outlet is a clean store with wonderfully friendly staff. Customers say the prices are great and the selection is better than other outlets, especially the produce. The store is always clean and employees are kind. There are meatless options and organic products. Some items, like the manicotti from O'sole Mio, sell out quickly, so shoppers wish more were ordered. The layout is excellent and the staff is charming. Cashiers sometimes summon another cashier if the line is long. The checker may not help with bagging, but most employees are very nice. Overall, it is a pleasant shopping experience.
Small but mighty! This grocery outlet always has what I'm looking for, plus more. I always get introduced to new gourmet quality products and brands when shopping here. By far my favorite grocery outlet in Columbia county! Friendly faces, always happy to help.. and you can't beat the prices! Highly recommend!

Very clean store, customer service was lovely. When I got i to line there were 3 people in front of me and I didnt have to wait but 1 min and another register was opened.
