I love the comfort it gives me to live here. My unit came with a washer and dryer and well every appliance I would need. I love the hot tub and pool during summer and the exercise room is perfect. For an apartment in St Helens, Oregon, it is perfect!

Office ladies are great to work with, and are very understanding, and helpful. Never had a problem with rude or loud neighbors, maintenance is timely and efficient anytime I put in a request. Always able to find parking close to my unit.
