I went back in after getting an alignment thinking something was off with my steering still. He brought out the numbers and explained to me how things work. I was wrong (imagine that, I'm not a mechanic) and he was very nice about it. They seriously stand behind their work.
As for some of the bad reviews as few as they are...my review would have been bad if I wasn't willing to learn and accept the physics of how my suspension works. I can't help but think that the people that put the bad reviews just didn't communicate well with these amazing mechanics.”
“Went to Les Schwab for a tire repair and they ended up breaking off a stud and quoting me over $575 to fix their mistake. I then went to Woodland Tire Shop and they were able to do the repair for less than half of what Les Schwab quoted. Highly recommend these guys, they are honest and reasonable.”
“Taylor, Henry and the staff at the Scappoose Les Schwab are Outstanding to work with. My Daughters only Vehicle had a flat and with two toddlers it couldn’t wait to be repaired. Taylor quickly scheduled a Mobile unit to our home to assess and repair the tire. Henry got here within moments of the call. He assessed and replaced the bad tire with the spare, took the damaged tire back to the shop for completion of the emergency service. Thanks to them my daughter has a functioning vehicle. “My plastic noise blade under my car came very loose. We just were coming home from Tacoma. Stopped at Safeway to take a look under the car and realized we could not travel any further before having someone reatch it or take it off. I called and they said they would look at it. The guy up front was super nice. They attached my plastic piece in 10 minutes. Then they said there was no charge. I could not believe how great this shop was.”

“Ventured in because we need tires on our mommy whip. Overall good experience. The lady working the front was very kind. Helped us with financing and looking at 3 different tiers of tires. Got us all hooked up and was able to get our mommy whip in right away and get new tires installed. Had reasonable pricing and free popcorn. Just in time to take our beach vacation this weekend.”
