BE CAREFUL! Had them come out to fix a unit and they did. A week later the unit stopped pumping hot air. I called them to come fix the issue and they told me that I had to pay for what they did then they were going to charge me again to fix the problem they didn’t fix the first time. Unit was leaking from their repair site.

I would most definitely recommend Haigh Heating & Cooling to anyone who is looking for a professional, fair, prompt and most of all honest. Not to mention, reasonable and no nonsense approach. I will not mention the other companies name who is in the same line of work as Haigh but do to their substandard incompetent work and new equipment they installed incorrectly going out/bad led me to our new go to company (Haigh Heating & Cooling) for any of our homes needs. I would recommend Haigh to anyone. Thank you Haigh Heating & Cooling.

Jason came out on an after-hours call because my heating unit stopped working and two other companies said I needed a new system but Jason came out and in 2 hours he had my heat running. He is honest and hard-working.

Jason was amazing to work with! He is extremely genuine and honest. He wants his customers to have a good experience with his company so he goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are happy with the product as well as his service. We were without air conditioning in the hottest part of the summer. Jason loaned us a portable air conditioner to use while waiting for our new system to get ordered and installed. We will definitely use Jason and his crew for any future HVAC needs! We highly recommend him and his company!

A.C went out during a heatwave of 103° plus temps for over a month. Jason came on a weekend, was upfront and honest about the situation and gave us options. He even educated us on how to use our system efficiently. The job was pricey but so worth it! We will be signing up for the residential maintenance plan.

Had 3 companies give me a quote for an upgraded ac unit, the unit I had was too small for the size of the house. Two companies told me I had to replace the entire unit quotes were from 14-20k. Haigh came and looked at my unit and told me that I only need to replace the coils inside and the outside unit, he was the only one that was honest of what I really needed and did not try to sell mire then what I needed. They signed up my unit online for the warranty they are great to work with and honest.

Give us several options for a new unit. Answer all my questions. When it came to installation, they were professional and cleaned up after themselves with no problems.
They moved the new unit to the end of the house, and I am very grateful to the young man working with Jason that crawled under the house and got all wet.

Jason gave me multiple choices for my AC needs, explained each choice thoroughly so I can make my best informed decision. He rates were great. He showed up on time and did the entire job by himself in 2 days. The job site remained clean, and looks great at finish. I look forward to the summer knowing my home will be cool, and I no longer need to lug window units around my entire home.

I have called Jason a few times, needing his A/C services. Each time he's responded within a couple hours, knowing he was busier then all get out. Always professional, polite and honest. In my opinion, has the best rates in the county. And once he gets to know you, he's a riot! He replaced elements in our water heater yesterday, pretty much saving our lives, home and belongings. Jason was outstanding. Our AC was not working properly and he was able to come to my house soon after I called him. He quickly identified the issues and fixed everything to include a duct in the crawl space that because disconnected. Already looking to schedule Jason for some preventative work on our AC system.

Jason does amazing work! He found I had furnace motor that was going bad, could have caused a fire, which the other company missed. Jason pulled it out, took it to his shop and put motor in it he had and got me going the same day. Everyone else would have had to order or put me off. He values customer service, he gets the job done, fast, reliable, responsible, takes care in his work. I highly recommend him!
