“This is when I wish I could leave more ⭐️’s than 5. We were in quite the predicament when the tranny went out on our Suburban while we were in Oregon hunting. The tow truck driver told us we would be in good hands with Pioneer, and he wasn’t wrong. Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly HONEST!!! All of the work was done in the time he promised (actually early) and for the price he quoted. It’s good to know that businesses like Pioneer Transmission are still around.”

“These guys went way, way, way out of their way to get the door and fender for my daughter's 98 Buick. They actually got a vehicle that they didn't have in inventory for us.The biggest surprise was the cost. After calling all around the country trying to find a door and Fender not only did we get one from them that was perfect with no scratches or anything but it was about half the price of all the rest of the wrecking yards even clear down into Oregon.They were better than Santa Claus and really did help us for a very merry Christmas.”

“We were staying overnight at the pilot RV Park. My husband started our motorhome in the morning and noticed there was a problem with the alternator, it wasn't charging. He went and looked and found the alternator belt broken. He called Krome Truck Wash and Repair to see if they had the belt and if they could put it on. He actually ended up just driving over there and showing them the belt since they were so close to the RV park. They were able to order the part and it was to be in in about an hour. We ended up going over there anyways because we had our motorhome and cargo /car hauler trailer washed while we were waiting for the part. They went and got the part, put it on and we were on the road in about 2 hours. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and the wash on the motorhome and cargo trailer was excellent. Can't say enough good things about them. If we lived in the area we'd be going to them exclusively for any repairs/washes.”
