The ladies who work there are all nice, and everyone I saw come in and leave appointments looked amazing. The first time I came in, I had done some things at home, which did not make my hair healthy enough for what I wanted. Mariah corrected my hair colors and sent me home with the products I needed to fix it. 6 weeks later, I came back, and she did an amazing job. They're very good on product reccomendations, pricing and a very overall friendly experience. Their store also has some great finds.
