Excellent / professional service! Jeff was a pleasure to work and was able to return my car timely at a very fair price. Would recommend to family and friends. We presently live in PDX but had driven a couple hours south since he could beat any surrounding price (I retrieved 8 or so bids from local transmission shops).

Dude is really nice and helped us right away he even looked at our car for free and told us what was wrong he was very fair with the price I will be definitely recommending to my friends and family to come to this place for their car problems, I also love how their friendly dogs greet u when u get there.

I had taken my 2003 Dodge Ram to to 4 different shops to fix a shifting problem in the transmission. 2 shops didn't want to deal with it. 2 shops identified the problem as a cluster issue but didn't want to mess with it. I took the truck to Jet Auto and wiring a few days had the problem fixed and now my truck is running great. I would highly recommend this shop. Great guys!!

The only licensed Mechanic at this shop doesn't do the work, has a assistant do it that has ripped myself, friends, family and multiple people off several times from blatant lack of knowledge, or just being a crook. They will lie, mess your vehicle up, and then lie on print outs to cover their rear ends. This shop will either be sued out of business, or go out of business by scamming everyone. I thought stayton and tire automotive where bad, they are saints compared to this shop, im the idiot that went back after myself and my previous fiance where ripped off in the past on multiple vehicles.

This is from a facebook post by my husband in the Stayton Community Connections facebook page: Shout out to Jet Auto on E. Water St downtown. This father-son team are my heroes! Twice now I have been in a pinch with my 300K mile 2007 Toyota Yaris. Both times they said they were booked for a few weeks out understandably but told me to leave the car and they might get around to looking at it. Both times they have called me by the end of the day saying it was fixed, and they hardly charged me anything for the repairs both times. Not what you think of an auto shop. I have always been afraid to try someplace new, thinking they would gouge you for this and that. They have a customer for life with me and i’ve had my son take his rig there and have told many other people about them. I made sure I booked my PT cruiser for them to look at before I posted this on the community Facebook page.? Thank you again Jet Auto and happy holidays! ?
