We have our business and personal bank accounts with this location and I have been very pleased with the friendly customer service as well as their promptness to respond to and resolve any issues that have come up. It is very nice banking at a location where you are a person with a name and face, dealing with consistently friendly staff who remember you

Always helpful and kind! Makes it quick and easy to go in and out. Everyone asks if they can help with anything else after my business is done and I appreciate that.

It is absolutely ridiculous that I was told that a check was not in my night deposit and I must have lost it in which then I told my customer I lost their check just to find out the branch held it for postdated that should have never happened. it should have went through the account and there should have been a non-sufficient funds fee. As I told the manager Google it once it's signed and the amount is written on the check it is a legal tender.

I opened a trust account with this credit union hoping that my business might help out the teachers locally. I put a total of over $300,000 into MAPS, $100,000 in a "13mo" CD @ 2.75%. The Trust which held the funds for the account had to be switched due to the failure of a small business. What I needed from MAPS was to switch the accounts over to a new named Trust and all would be fine. They said no, they couldn't merely switch it. OK then I'll open the new account first and simply change over the funds, closing out the old account. THAT they could do -Except there was a clause in the CD that not only forfeited the interest that had been accrued (ok, I get that) but they took $600 from me for interest that WOULD'VE BEEN ACCRUED OVER THE WHOLE 13 MONTHS. Net result: I had $300k in their bank for nearly 4 months time and it COST ME $600 in bull-oney fees. What a way to do business, I'm not some rich guy, that was my life's retirement savings!! MY ADVICE IS STAY AWAY- FAR AWAY- FROM MAPS CU. They used a technicality to profit over a regular working stiff who was trying to help THEM !!! BOOOO!!!

I'm very disappointed in the change in service at the ATM here. I used to be able to use my Unitus card there for withdrawals free of charge. Then they started charging me to use the machine. Just tried it today and my transaction was denied causing a fraud hold from my bank. Got that settled, but it's a pain. I'm left wondering if MAPS is planning to be exclusive and only let its own members use their ATM? If so shame on you.

This credit union claims to be part of the credit union atm network but then when you get in to the atm they tell you that they will add a $2 out of network fee. THIS IS CONSUMER FRAUD! Not just a glitch or one time thing. I've tried twice a month apart.

Horrible customer service. Their people have abysmal communication skills and are incredibly unorganized. Do NOT ever get a loan through them. We transfered our car loans to them so they would be in one place and make it "easy". Worst mistake ever. They lost our information multiple times and had to go back and forth dozens of times to just get basic information we provided on the very first day. We provided our insurance information on the very first day, which they lost, once they found it again we asked if it was sufficient and they said it was perfect only to be told after they paid off the other bank that I needed to increase my insurance on a side by side that never leaves our property. I would not have transferred the loan had I been told that the insurance we have on it already was not sufficient. The insurance they were given on day one. They scatter their communication through phone, email, and text and are not consistent with how they communicate so trying to keep track of what was said when and where is a mess and they hide details through vague emails. Save yourself time and energy. We will be transferring all of our accounts and loans to a different bank that actually cares about the people they "serve".
