I dropped my laundry off to be picked up in a week as I live 45 miles away in the mountains. I returned a week later and they can’t find my laundry. I paid $20 in advance for a small weight of clothing and towels.My advice is: Think twice before trusting this place with your belongings….

Picked up our down comforter and handmade quilt today, this is my 8th or more time and they always have the items ready to go as promised, packaged, and looking like new. The staff, extremely helpful and make me feel like they appreciate my business and I appreciate their quality. Price is good as well.

I’ve been doing my laundry here for awhile since it’s right around the corner from me and more convenient than the other ones. However lately I have noticed someone is living there. There was a microwave last time, her dog is in there, and there are people coming in and out hanging out there with her. I felt it was sketchy but it’s still the most convenient as it’s right around the corner. However, fast forward to today at 10:30 AM and their doors are locked. The sign says open 365 days a year- open at 8am.
