Stayton Verizon has impeccable customer service going far beyond their job requirements! Christian , Damian and Ben worked seamlessly to help get my upgrade through lots of issues beyond their control. They all made what could have been a stressful situation so easy incl making sure I got to work on time! They all deserve a huge bonus!! Don't lose these 3 Verizon take care of your best employees!

Absolutely the worst cellular experience of my life. I was double charged my payoff, did not receive the promotional credit that I was supposed to by Verizon for my trade in. They messed up my new phone so bad they had to re-do the entire transaction and give me another one. Complete incompetence on every level. I still haven't gotten things fixed after how bad they screwed up and it's been going on for 3 months!

Got a new phone. Tried to return my old one 4 times but wait was over an hour. Now they're saying I'm past the return window and there's nothing they can do so I'm out $830. Terrible customer service.

Spent many hours waiting to be helped, big waste of time. The first day I made a appointment thru the call center, but didn't help, after an hour of waiting I left because there was somone waiting ahead of me, with no guesstimate of when I would be helped. I asked if they had a direct line to call the store to at least see if there was 2 employees available for our next visit, or to see if there was anyone in the store waiting to be helped before making drive there, no phone line for the store.. how ironic.. The second day I waited an hour and a half before being helped. once again one employee. finally sat down to get an upgrade to find out there is an added $50 fee on top of the $40 activation fee just to transfer my data from my old phone to my new. needless to say 4 new phones was going to be too much so we left. The employee was at least friendly and apologetic of the whole situation, that is the only reason for the 2 star, otherwise horrible..this has made my decision to not be doing business with Verizon.

Not sure how this place gets even decent reviews. The employees are friendly and helpful, sure. My is not based on their service.
My rating is based on the fact that average wait times to get service are 45 minutes but usually more. Twice in the last two weeks, I have waited more than one hour. I am currently here and the woman next to me has been here more than two hours, while I am just over an hour.
The last time I was here, I needed help because I needed my phone number transferred to another phone, because for some infinitely brilliant reason, Verizon won't let you log into your account online without sending a verification code to your existing phone number - in my case the broken and unusable phone. So, I had to come to a store to get help. Waited the hour and a half to ask the question about getting the number ported to my work phone, only to find out that can't be done. So, an 45 minutes the first time only to give up my wait. Hour and a half the second to get an answer. This time over an hour and still waiting.
This store should not be open with less than two people!

I went in back in March to upgrade my phone, only to find out that they had lost my previous phone I had traded in 3 years ago. They never gave me the trade in credit for the previous phone (even though they had record that I traded it in), and they have been billing my dad over $400 without my knowledge. It is now June, and I have been into their store three separate times and talked to their employees and the manager. They keep assuring me that they will get me a $400 credit. Every time I went in, they told me they will work on it and contact me the following day. I gave them my contact information three different times, and they never reached out like they promised they would. Not to mention, I haven’t been able to upgrade my current phone throughout this whole process. After 3 months of dealing with this, I gave up and went to a different location to upgrade my phone. So now I’m down $400 and I will not be returning to this store

Austin helped us upgrade our phones today. He is smart, nice & accommodating. Shortly after we arrived the store started to fill up. He was able to multitask and help the other patrons as well. Everyone was helped & happy. Job well done, Austin! Thank you
