First off, everyone needs to be aware that this is a third party vendor and is NOT actually a VERIZON store.Completely lied to by the sales associate. Was told that if I just took the 5G home internet home and tried it, I could simply bring it back and I would get a $200 Amazon gift card for trying it. None of that was true. I ended up having to pay an activation fee, they don't take it back at the store and I'm going to have to wait for a return label and then take it and mail it off myself, and to top everything off I didn't even get the $200 Amazon gift card. Turns out if you cancel it then you don't get it. I asked that exact question at the time of purchase and I was told that you would get the $200 for simply taking it home. I was hesitant in store and told them I really wasn't interested but they just said all I have to do is bring it back in a few days and I'll get $200. The only person that got anything out of the deal was the sales associate that got a commission. He was also not very honest about the cost of the phone I purchased, or how much my bill would go up monthly. Just an overall horrible experience. Wish I would have never gone in. I really have the feeling that associate would tell me anything to get a commission. I plan on calling Verizon, asking to speak with a supervisor, and explaining the experience I had at this store.

The guy who works here told me they only had $700 Pixel phones and $70/mo plans available. He also told me signing up to be locked in for 2 years wasn't a contract. I ended up ordering a $100 Motorola and a $45/mo prepaid plan from the Verizon website, but I never should have gone with them at all. I had to complain to the FCC to get them to stop holding my device and number hostage after their 60 day "mandatory" lock period.

Even though I was going to a different carrier these people were incredible. They made the process very simple and helped me. These people are so good, they would be worth traveling 50 miles to have them help you.
