Les Schwab staff were polite, professional, and prompt. Thy completed the work in a timely way, were knowledgeable about my vehicle's history, and advised what to expect on my next visit.
The same high level of service I have come to expect from Les Schwab over the last 45 years.

Schwabs used to be great. That's why I didn't mind paying the extra it costs to use their services. Took my rig in and had 4 new tires mounted. I knew my breaks were starting to squeal and expected to have that chat. It never came up. I just went to do them my self and found the lug nuts were as tight as they could manage. On top of this, they threw my spare into the back of my rig instead of putting it where it goes. Yall are killing the brand.

The only place we patronize for tires, brakes, struts, etc. Been Les Schwab customers for 30 years and never been disappointed. Toby and his crew take good care of us and have for a long time.
Everyone is super helpful at this location. Always working hard even though it's blazing hot in the bays.
They're not always the cheapest but always great quality and fantastic service. Well worth it. You can trust them. That's a big deal to me.

I had to jump start my truck 4xs in 2 days...I went to les scwab at 3pm and by 310 they had diagnosed what was wrong and started fixing it. (Just needed a battery which i assumed was the case or i might need an alternator as well) the staff were obviously overheated and uncomfortable working in the 105 degree weather and drenched with sweat, but were extremely professional, quick and got me in and out within 30 minutes with a smile on their faces, making jokes with their coworkers and getting me on my way very quickly.

I got an alignment and front brakes done the late afternoon on April 20th. Towards the middle end of May I noticed I had to drive with my wheel turned to the right in order to go down a straight road. It wasn’t the end of the world because I don’t daily drive it. This weekend I used it a ton. The alignment is worse now. To the point if I let off the wheel it shoots to the left. Not safe. I call today. I will be charged again for an alignment since it has been 44 days. They only warranty for 30. Not wiggle room, no we are sorry that happened. No “we will take care of it” If I am paying for the service again I will take my truck somewhere else.
Update 6/5/2024- Took it to another shop to get the alignment done. First thing they see. The jam nuts were not tightened down by les Schwab. It’s a good thing I don’t daily drive this truck or I could have lost steering.
Update 6/6/2024- Store manager called to give me a refund and apologize. He said they would have fixed it.

Had a low tire. Pulled in, and they quickly got all of them checked and filled. Told me 1 to watch and I was on my way. They are all truly remarkable in there. Thank you!

Best tire store around! Had a tire damage on a hard raining late afternoon stranded with no appointment and stuck went over to Les Schwab was greeted by a technician name Jeff he went right to work on replacing my tire very efficiently and with a good attitude he did it and got us on our way. Best experience I’ve ever had at a tire shop I’m a customer for life now no matter what. Highly recommend great, fast and reliable. Five stars.

Really amazing people at this location. I have never had a problem here, in fact they have always helped me out when I've come in. Today I got off work and noticed I had a flat tire. Brought my car here for flat repair. I was worried because I had no appointment and it was late after noon. But Toby the manager was able to help me get the tire repaired. Very grateful for these guys!

I dropped my car off and was about to leave until it was ready to pick up. as we were getting ready to leave i saw an employee pick up my car and drive it speeding around the corner of the store. ? unprofessional !!

We've taken a variety of vehicles here in the last 2 years for brakes, batteries, & alignments. The staff are courteous and get things done when they say they will. There's plenty of parking & the waiting area is clean.
