Really amazing people at this location. I have never had a problem here, in fact they have always helped me out when I've come in. Today I got off work and noticed I had a flat tire. Brought my car here for flat repair. I was worried because I had no appointment and it was late after noon. But Toby the manager was able to help me get the tire repaired. Very grateful for these guys!

I dropped my car off and was about to leave until it was ready to pick up. as we were getting ready to leave i saw an employee pick up my car and drive it speeding around the corner of the store. ? unprofessional !!

We've taken a variety of vehicles here in the last 2 years for brakes, batteries, & alignments. The staff are courteous and get things done when they say they will. There's plenty of parking & the waiting area is clean.

So impressed with the honesty and integrity of this company. Yesterday our car dealership told us our brakes, pads and tire tread was "critical". Had tires rotated at Les Schwab today and yes, we will need to plan on that expense down the road a bit, but not "critical"! Thank you for not seeing your customers as cash cows! We will definitely have that job done at Les Schwab when the time comes.

Nope, done. I can get better options for pricing and a real warranty elsewhere. Bi mart, Point S, and many many other places. After 40 years of doing business with Schwabbs, its come to an end.

Worst les schwab experience ever. Waited in car for 1/2 hour to open, no one ever came out to greet me or ask what I needed. Opened at 8, 3 people pulled up and walked in,had to wait another 15 minutes only to be told they don't have the same selection as other les schwab stores. Went to a different location, they came running out to my truck and took good care of me. These guys could use a little refreshing on les schwab service

Les Schwab is one of the leaders in my area for tire service. Naturally you got to support the hometown team when you're on the road and you need to get repairs. My only gripe about store is that they close after 5 and it's hard to get a service truck out to do repairs on tires after 5pm. Especially in the Sandy Oregon area.

Great service!, all the guys are hardworking, knowledge and friendly, Sandra was so helpful, we didn't think they would fit us in for an oil change on a Saturday, but she did. My wife and I took a walk outside and I noticed the name Steve Wheeler on the logo. What a small world it is. Steve and I graduated high school together!Sorry I didn't see you maybe next time. We had a blow out on our 28' box trailer outside Detroit near the dam and needed someone to help us, so we called Les Schwab in Sublimity, they estimated that they would be out in 2 hours. Connor made it out in an hour, and we were back on the road by the 2 hour mark that they estimated he would be out! Amazing guy, kind and courteous and quiet the work horse! Highly recommend THIS Les Schwab, Toby's crew is a GREAT group of people! Thank you Sublimity Les Schwab!

On vacation visiting family. While here, I took my father’s SUV to Les Schwab today about some odd noises coming from the front left wheel-well while going over bumps. All I wanted was an inspection (which was free), but I also wanted to be present during the inspection because I was curious, and I had more questions for the mechanic. My father had recently had back tires mounted, but they mounted the wrong dimension. When he found out later, he didn’t complain because he said he mechanic was nice and it was only a minor difference. So he is driving with two sets of different dimension tires…After 20 minutes, a mechanic brings me back to the car. I was surprised to see all the tires were off, and even more surprised when he told me that the car needs new brake rotors (?). I just wanted them to inspect the front left wheel-well area.As a car mechanic back in Europe, I blew this off as nonsense, as the pads/rotors were less than a year old and showed minimal wear. I again asked about original issue… the noise from the wheel-well, but no one said anything. No test-drive was even performed. I tried to explain certain parts that I wanted checked, but my English vocabulary on auto parts was rusty since I have been speaking German for the last 8 years. I was born in this area, and tried to remember the English words, but was only given funny looks by their senior mechanic who at times looked at me like I was an idiot.The mechanics were nice enough though, so I took this as a misunderstanding. They said they would mount the tires, perform a test-drive, and then properly put it on the lift so they could check all the joints for any play or damage.Another 20 minutes go by, and another mechanic brings me to the back. This other mechanic tells me AGAIN about the brakes. I also noticed the car didn’t even move. The tires weren’t even mounted. At this point I was annoyed because I feel like the senior mechanic just ignored everything I said to him. This new mechanic said the previous guy just went to lunch and didn’t relay any information.As livid as I was, this guy was also nice and it wasn’t his fault. So I didn’t complain. I told them to put everything back together and just drive it out of the shop. One-hour wasted, with no effort put into the only issue of why we went there in the first place.Two-stars for being nice but wtf…
