Had a great experience at Power, our truck was at their other dealership in Corvallis and Alex personally drove 2hrs to bring it for us to look at and test drive...Johan is a blast to work with on the finance part of the deal!! He really went the extra mile to make sure we got the interest rate we wanted, over all I would recommend Power Chevrolet to anyone!

A year ago, my 78 year old father took his Chevy in for service as it would not shift out of park. They kept it for over two weeks, without any communication and did no work on it. He found online, a workaround where he could drive it. After no communication and no work being done, he went to the service manager to retrieve his car, and they handed him the keys with no invoice as, again, no work had been done. A year later he received a notice from the service manager Bradley Cyphert, demanding payment of $140 within 10 days, or legal issues and/or collections would be imminent. He had not received a single bill and again, was handed the keys without an invoice. He raced down to Power Chevrolet to pay the bill as he is very worried about his credit score as he has PTSD from Vietnam and is on social security. According to my 78 year old father, the staff who took his $140 check (for no work being performed) were in his words, "unnecessarily nasty".I write almost no reviews online, and just usually quietly take my business elsewhere when there is an issue, but this one seems pretty serious, as my father is a kind, reasonable man. Apparently, Power Chevrolet treats their elderly Veteran customers with disdain.

Had a great experience with Power Chevrolet beginning with my web inquiry on a 2004 Corvette. I received a prompt response from Austin. Since I live 4 hours north of the dealership, I requested specific photos to gauge if it was worth the drive. He patiently and quickly responded to all emails and texts. He even supplied a couple of videos which were very helpful. I made an appointment for that Saturday and arrived shortly after opening. Unfortunately, Austin couldn't make it in, but I was assisted by Victor. Victor was great as well and patiently waited as I poked all around the car inside and out. He gave me a nice test drive route and allowed my wife and I to take the car out ourselves. The car was in great shape and the price was outstanding so I bought it. I didn't even bother to negotiate as I felt the price was already outstanding and I had received such excellent service. Thank you Austin and Victor for a great experience and for my retirement gift & dream car 2004 Machine Silver C5 Z51 Corvette.

Great dealership! Purchased a 2020 Silverado 3500hd ltz in the mix of a pandemic. The trucks MSRP was 73,999 I offered them 64,000 cash and the offer was excepted after docs and fees I was out the door for just a little over 65k. Awesome dealer wish I could say the same about Power Motorsports they are over there gouging.

My sales associate Brendan Callahan was fantastic! He didn't hesitate with quick responses to all questions. He even sent a personalized video of the actual truck which was extremely helpful in making the final decision, especially with the informative walk through. Excellent buying experience!

I recently purchased a used GMC from Power Chevrolet and was extremely satisfied. Staff was all very friendly. I purchased it as is, and when a problem popped up a few days later they actually fixed it out of their pocket. They also were kind enough to give me a loaner while I didn’t have it and drove over an hour away to deliver the car back to me once fixed. Easy to communicate with everyone and they’ll go out of their way to assist you. Highly recommend looking for your next vehicle at Power Chevrolet.

We bought a Bayliner boat from this place and it has only worked once. The boat would not start so we took it to service department & then We paid them $57 to start the boat. They got it started. It still wouldn't start for us after we left so we called to see if we could come in again to help us trouble shoot. The receptionist said yes you can come in for free and then she talked to the mechanic and he said no, take it to a boat shop. It is obvious why this place has a bad reputation! Don't buy from them! Do not waste your time.

Local Guide · 17 reviewsjust nowIf I could give a zero I would. We were in on Saturday, and wanted to test drive a truck. The sales guy couldn't find the keys. So we left. We checked in everyday for 4 days asking for the keys or to have the truck rekeyed so we could drive it and buy it. Wednesday they finally find the keys, one person says they were in a salespersons desk the manager says they were in the service department. We schedule a 5pm appt, I get there at 4:45 and they are selling the truck to someone else. Super shady. How do you lose keys at a car dealership? All keys should be available for any sales person to access.
