I just recently purchased my third car with Power Chevrolet with the help of Jose Lizaola also know as Chepe. Every time I have came in for help Chepe has taken the time to show me exactly what I want and in my price range. I first ordered a custom Jeep Sahara, next bought a 4Runner and finally got my official first mom car 2023 Tahoe! Not only was Chepe highly responsive and helpful but the rest of the staff was also extremely helpful,respectful and excited for our new ride! Great dealership! Purchased a 2020 Silverado 3500hd ltz in the mix of a pandemic. The trucks MSRP was 73,999 I offered them 64,000 cash and the offer was excepted after docs and fees I was out the door for just a little over 65k. Awesome dealer wish I could say the same about Power Motorsports they are over there gouging.

My sales associate Brendan Callahan was fantastic! He didn't hesitate with quick responses to all questions. He even sent a personalized video of the actual truck which was extremely helpful in making the final decision, especially with the informative walk through. Excellent buying experience!

We bought a Bayliner boat from this place and it has only worked once. The boat would not start so we took it to service department & then We paid them $57 to start the boat. They got it started. It still wouldn't start for us after we left so we called to see if we could come in again to help us trouble shoot. The receptionist said yes you can come in for free and then she talked to the mechanic and he said no, take it to a boat shop. It is obvious why this place has a bad reputation! Don't buy from them! Do not waste your time.

We checked in everyday for 4 days asking for the keys or to have the truck rekeyed so we could drive it and buy it. Wednesday they finally find the keys, one person says they were in a salespersons desk the manager says they were in the service department. We schedule a 5pm appt, I get there at 4:45 and they are selling the truck to someone else. Super shady. How do you lose keys at a car dealership? All keys should be available for any sales person to access.

I have a Chevy Silverado 1500 and My transmission was skipping and making sounds. I called service centers in Salem to see if I could get an appointment but they were all booked out for 1 week or 2. Called John from the service center he was able to get me in and diagnosed. They ordered the transmission and were able to get it done within the week. He worked with me every step of the way. We came across a few issues, but he had a solution for every one of them. I am more than happy with the service that he provided. Will definitely keep doing business with this establishment.

Let me say That Toby and Keith were great. The sale was fast and painless. And this is where everything has gone south. I originally gave this place a 5 star but it has now been brought to this and I recommend you find a dealership that can take care of the issues or send you the money they owe you in a timely manner. I purchased a vehicle around October 1st and got approved. Told them I wanted to keep my plates but I was in a hurry and needed to sign and get on my way. Few weeks pass and I get plates in the mail and I still have mine so they charged me for new plates. Call them up and explain the issue they seem to understand and they tell me that they will issues the $133 refund and send it out asap. I think I got that refund about 6 weeks ago finally. Second issue I canceled my extended warranty as I had decided to trade the vehicle in and this started back on 12/22/19. I sent the paperwork to them via fax. 12/23/19 they sent it to Allstate. Thats who's does the extended warranties. I was told 8 weeks to get my return and it would be added back onto my loan amount. Finally got tired of waiting so I called Allstate and was told that they sent them the check and it was cashed on February 19th. On March 17th I traded the vehicle in and. called and informed them of the situation. Been told that the check was being signed and sent my way as the loan being in the process of being paid off the money would come to me. As of today I had to call again and now they're telling me that they sent the check to Heritage Credit Union. Again this loan has been paid off. The communication of this dealership is horrid. No call backs when they owe you money. The $133 isn't that big of a issue but when they owe you $5100 they drag their feet even slower. I would highly recommend looking for a better dealership to purchase from that as quick as to take your money as return it when it's owed.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Power Chevrolet. It's too bad really, since I've purchased vehicles there in the past and been very happy. Saturday September 29th I stopped by the lot to look at the Chevy Colorado. I was mainly interested in the differences between the 2018 and 2019 models, and I had some questions about the new ZR2 Bison coming out in January. Apparently Saturday afternoons are not a good time to stop by the lot, go figure. They appeared to be having some kind of BBQ, because the sales staff was more interested in stuffing their faces than they were in making a $45,000+ sale. My intent had been to test drive a 4x4 LT and a ZR2, and go from there. Apparently I didn't look like I had enough money to break someone away from their free lunch. When someone did finally wipe their mouth and offer to answer some questions, you would have thought I was asking for help with astrophysics. I've never seen so many shoulder shrugs, or heard "I don't know" so many times. There were at least 5 salespeople sitting, eating, helping no one. I left with no questions answered, no literature, no brochures. It isn't as if I was asking them about Tesla's or Bently's, I was asking them about vehicles they had on the lot. Apparently some of the Chevy salespeople need some Chevy training. You might think this review is a little harsh? Well, as someone who grew up in the car business, and sold cars myself, this was wholly inappropriate. Since my father, Gary Shields also used to work there at Power Chevrolet, I can tell you this. It's a shell of what it used to be. Capitol Chevrolet in Salem and Lassen Chevrolet can handle anything you might need. If someone from the Koehnke family happens to see this, you've got money walking out the front door. Might be time to rotate some sales staff. 1 star out of 5. The food smelled pretty good.

Brandon and the entire crew at Power are the best in the west. I will only do business with Power. I have purchased several vehicles for personal and business use along with many motorcycles over the years. From start to finish the give 5 star customer service. My entire transaction was done online and directly with Brandon from my home or office. They obtained the best rate and delivered my truck to my house with all the paper work without having to set foot in the dealership. They are very fair on price and will locate any vehicle you can dream up. I am a customer for life!
