Her friendly professionalism made the transaction painless and easy to complete. We have a lot of faith in the reliability of First American Title having completed multiple purchases over the years.We were kept informed in a timely manner as to the progression of the purchase and any requirements to be fulfilled by us. This was a fast escrow as the home we were selling to relocate here had offers in 3 days. We requested a 30 day escrow on our new home and actually beat that timeline due to Tiffany having the paperwork done expeditiously.I highly recommend these folks for all your title and escrow activities.Thank You
