I always use Mountain Resort Properties when booking rental homes in Sunriver. They are great to work with and the properties are always clean and welcoming. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

Our house was perfect! We had an issue with the oven, but MRP sent out a repairman, Michael, within the hour. He fixed it and we had a great rest of the trip!

Mountain Resort Properties have become way too expensive, as have all of the various rental companies in the Sunriver Community.

We have owned a home in Sunriver and have stayed in at least 6 different homes since we sold our home in Sunriver. This by far was the largest home easily fitting our family. Fort Rock Park in your back yard was great and a easy bike ride to the pool/restaurants/shopping. If you need a place for your large family, I recommend you try going through Mountain Resort Properties.

Loved the house! The pictures online did not do the house justice, lots of natural light and high ceilings. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows abd blankets for everyone. Our 2 years old and 3 year old were able to ride their balance bikes all around the asphalt driveway and garage! Ping pong and foosbal were in great shape and fun for everyone. Plenty of dishwasher detergent and they provided a few laundry detergents. We were happy with the laundry machines and dishwasher performance- dishwasher was a little underwhelming. We never sat in the hot tub. Stairs were too wide for a baby gate but the master bedroom closet fit a full sized crib we brought. Table was great for all of us and the couches were comfy upstairs and down. The bikes proved were great and so helpful for getting around the town. A/C was a godsend in the first week of July. We really enjoyed our stay and all the kids and adults were able to relax and enjoy the quiet of being just outside of the busy area of Sunriver.

21 Meadow House - Great location, quiet, clean condo. A little dated, but comfortable. Pet friendly place, but smelled clean on our arrival and no dog hair or odors the entire time we were there. Great layout - plenty of space for 2 teens & 2 adults to spread out. Great stocked kitchen, well lit too. Close to The Village & the SHARC - easy walk or bike
Easy to deal with management company - Moutain Resirt Properties - clear communication & fast response to questions.
We enjoyed our stay & would recommend it to others.

The Fairway Village condo community was a very nice, clean, and quiet area when we were there in June 2024. The condo Fairway Village #32 that we'd stayed in is definitely outdated as mentioned by one of the past guests. If you plan to be outdoors and eat out most of the time and do not care to have access to today's technology, then this condo will save you a few bucks for rental compared to other units that have been remodeled and updated. If today's technology is a MUST for you and you prefer a modernized condo unit, then Fairway Village #32 is probably NOT for you. Nonetheless, we had a great time at Sunriver like we always do when we were there. Thank you!

Our friends group gets together at least once a year for a "wilderness adventure," so we've had a number of large houses under our belt so to speak to review. Overall, this was a wonderful house. The management team was super friendly, responsive, and accommodating. 6 couple suites and a bunkroom for the singles with a full hall bath is by far the best bedroom arrangement we've had yet for our group. I think we're spoiled now and will find it difficult to go back to sharing bathrooms. It was immaculately clean. Plenty of comfortable seating in the main living area for conversation, and 3 tables for games downstairs. We never even used the table upstairs. The kitchen is well appointed for tableware, with plenty of plates, bowls, and silverware to go around for prep and serving. We used every pan in the house though. There were lots of cookie sheets but not many other baking dishes and very few leftovers accommodations. Two dishwashers is GENIUS, however the kitchen layout is not terribly well thought out. Only one sink, and the sink plus two dishwashers is directly behind the range, making the cook and cleanup crews constantly at odds. I know at least one other review mentions it, but there's only one fridge and it's not very spacious. I know how much those designer fridges cost, and a bargain LG from Costco is a far more efficient design! The gas range, for all it's size and attractive design, had surprisingly small ovens.
We had trouble with the community gate, but management got that straightened out for us at their earliest opportunity after the office opened the next day. The coffee pot had been mis-assembled and had us lamenting a critical lack of coffee until we figured out the problem. Other minor grumbles are pretty universal: low towel count, dull knives, and significant temperature variance between rooms. The only major issue we had was parking. THERE IS A 4-CAR LIMIT. If this had been stated in the listing, we likely would not have chosen this house, as we have far more than 4 cars in a group of friends gathering from all points of the compass and three or four states! We mostly figured out how to manage the cars, but during load out on check out morning, we got tagged by the CCR police about it.
Still, overall a VERY nice house, and the property management team can't be beat.

We stayed at timber 13
We are a family of 6 - fit us well with the 3 bedrooms
Had a Murphy bed in the family room that was very hard to put back up but comfortable to sleep on! The bikes were not ideal BUT
They do warn you that there’s no guarantee for bikes, and there was only one good bike another OK bike and a good kids bike. Just a notice to bring your own if you stay at this house. It was fun to have a shuffleboard, foosball table and chess table. They also had a ton of board games.

This house was great lovely 2 story house with a hot tub pool table foosball and lots of puzzles games etc to do. The kitchen was nice size two adults in the kitchen were not bumping into each other love the open Soace so the cook didn’t feel excluded. The heat system was a little confusing I struggled with keeping the downstairs warm but it was snowing our trip and lows into single digits. Close to everything in the villages and nice park just down the road. Will definitely stay again

Nice condo! We enjoyed the private hot tub and gas fireplace, and everything was clean and comfortable.
