About Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center
The Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center is a year-round facility with indoor and outdoor pools, water slides, a lazy river, and an infant pool. It is generally described as a fun, great place for kids and adults, with awesome pools and clean areas. The staff are noted as friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The facility also includes a disc golf course, event space, and a cafe serving food, alcoholic beverages, and other drinks, though the line for service can be lengthy. Life vests are available for free use. Some guests find the prices pretty high or a wee bit over-priced, but many feel the experience is totally worth it. Visitors should note the facility appears larger in pictures than it really is. During busy times, the lazy river can feel too small for the amount of adults. The hours can be unpredictable, as the center tends to close for poor weather or air quality based on its own strict thresholds. Outside food and floaties are not permitted. While some seating has been eliminated, the area is clean and offers a decent selection of food choices. Many regulars are accustomed to the pricing.
Great water park! Kids have fun and there are short lines for the slides.

Pools are awesome. Would love for them to have a separate drink only order area, as the line for food and drinks is always lengthy. Staff are attentive and welcoming.
