We had the most wonderful stay in your home in Sunriver! It was a perfect place for our entire multi-generational family, including our 2 and 5yr old nieces who went absolutely bananas for the bunk room with the slide and play room. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make family dinners, the bedrooms were great with comfortable beds and linens, access to the SHARC for swimming was a big hit and the location of the home was perfect for evening walks down to the water and just a quick jaunt down to the village either by bike or car (or a nice morning run!). We have already booked the home for next year, and can't wait to go back!

This place is absolutely beautiful! The surrounds are surreal. Right on the river for easy floating the Deschutes or just sitting out in the evening and enjoying. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Layout is great! Large seating areas downstairs and upstairs. Close to Sunriver Resort and all of the amenities. Would highly recommend!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. The house we rented was not fit for living conditions and multiple wild animals entered the house during our stay. When we called the property management company they told us to "figure it out" as it was a Saturday and the property manager was busy. On the second occasion of an animal entering they asked me and my wife to enter the room with the animal and try to force it out of the home. Finally, after asking me and my wife to endanger ourselves the property manager moved us to a new home, which although was a nice gesture still inconvenienced us as we were told to exit the property immediately which impacted our dinner plans. The purpose of this vacation was to be relaxing, but thanks to Village Properties it was the exact opposite. I would never stay with this company again.

Village Properties handled our reservation beautifully when we had to make last minute changes to accommodate our party. The home's decor is dated with a cabin feel; however, it's large enough for our multi-generational family of 8. It's great for dogs too!

Stayed at 7 Pine Needle. Great location, nice size cabin for our family of four. Super pet friendly. Upkeep suggestions are: sliding glass door difficult to close and lock, bikes need repair or replacement, downstairs bathroom -sink slow to drain, shower needs better cleaning, low water pressure, deck furniture needs cleaning. Really enjoyed the stay, made great memories!

Decent place for booking last minute. Great access to pool/hot tub. Appreciated dog friendly condo and treats to welcome our pet. Condo is a bit dated but clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. No bikes available which would have been nice.

Excellent location. Condo was clean and no odors. Made good use of condo pool and tennis courts. They were never crowded.
Two things that should be fixed- missing screen on downstairs bedroom window (problematic with no A/C) so you can’t leave window cracked to cool room. Only 1 light fixture in downstairs bedroom worked. The other is missing knob to turn on and off.

we stayed at Quelaha 11 condo. very comfortable. Has what you need and its a great location near the pool on site. nice wood burning stove that we were able to use as well and the BBQ worked (sometimes you find out too late they don't). Got a welcoming call from staff at village properties wanting to make sure all was good. we will come back again.

We haven't had the pleasure of staying at a Sunriver property with Village Properties yet. But I am just now sitting down to book our next stay and wanted to leave a review based on how well they handled our last attempt at a Sunriver stay.
We had booked our Sunriver getaway and were really looking forward to getting down there. Shortly after we booked I was diagnosed with breast cancer. We held the reservation because my oncology team said that a trip around the time we had booked would probably be a welcome relief and they saw no restrictions on me travelling.
Unfortunately I ended up getting an infection that really took me down hard and landed me in the ER. On the eve of our trip.
We called village properties and explained. They ended up cancelling our stay for us with no fees or penalties and with a full refund due to the circumstances! I knew it was questionable if this could be done since we were in the 24 hours to arrival zone. But they were so kind and gracious, going above and beyond for us during this really stressful time.
Because of this I am now sitting down to book a stay with Village Properties before I start on my radiation journey. We are most certainly looking forward to a little Sunriver respite!
