Wow, I am blown away by what Charla and her team created for my wedding! Charla was so easy to work with. She did a great job of translating my vision from our conversations and inspiration photos. Charla and Wild Poppy Florists truly outdid themselves with the floral arrangements for our wedding! The bouquets and ceremony flowers were nothing short of stunning—absolutely breathtaking and perfectly aligned with our vision. Wild Poppy is my favorite flower shop!! They did the flowers for our wedding and went above and beyond to match our style perfectly. They used part of my dress to wrap my bouquet and it will forever be so special to me. They are super easy and friendly to work with and they do such a beautiful job with every detail. I order flowers from them on occasion for friends and family and they are always prompt and I get great feedback on the bouquets I ordered for a loved one. We love them!!!

If you’re getting married in Central Oregon (or even if you’re not, fly them in- it’s worth it), I highly recommend Wild Poppy. Charla is incredibly talented and creative, plus she’s lovely to work with because of her warmth and kindness. Their floral arrangements are absolutely stunning, and beyond what I could have imagined on my own. My family continues to use Wild Poppy for all of our floral needs when we are in the area.

Walked away from a deposit for the floral for our wedding. Zero response to emails and calls over a period of several months. When we finally did get an estimate (only a few weeks before they wanted full payment) we recieved a very poorly constructed and confusing estimate. We reached out immediately with questions and after a week of no response, we decided to walk away and find another vendor. We did try to call during the week of mothers day which is understandably a busy time. We could not, however, forgive the complete lack of communication in the weeks and months prior, nor the amount of time it was taking to answer a few simple questions about the estimate.Answer your emails. People feel trapped and cornered when you have paid a deposit and cant be bothered to respond to a simple email. Even if all you can say is that the measage is recieved and that you will respond by some future date....Not false information. We have documentation as well. I didnt walk away from a $500 deposit for no reason. The estimate was full of floral jargon and it was jumbled and difficult to understand which group of text belonged to which price point. When you provide a poor service you should expect poor reviews. That's the point of reviews. Take the criticism and do better.- Deposit in September.- Met early March - given a price range and expected to recieve an estimate in the near future.- Early April sent an email to follw up that was unresponded to.- May 1st sent follow up email that was completely unresponded to.- May 8th heather took a phone message.- May 9th you responded after I personally called again.- Estimate was sent on May 16th with full payment due on June 1st.- Called and emailed immediately with questions.- May 22nd we still had not heard back and decided to use another vendor.

I think I’m mostly disappointed not because of the delivery snafoo but because I took the time to email my order details and a photo off the website and called to discuss and pay. Request appeared to be ignored.I wanted: Wood box base with deep colors and sedums. Gift flowers were picked up and a photo sent to me with thanks from recipient. Stunned. Not stunning. She got a round light ceramic base with light Spring colors. “Not my order”. Disappointing.

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the service and quality of the bouquet that I got from Wild Poppy. I went in the day before Valentine’s Day and they were extremely busy getting ready for the big day and they only had a few options as everything in their showroom was already sold and accounted for. They had a half dozen red roses available but I just wasn’t feeling it. I just wanted something more “spectacular” and even though they were super busy they said how about we make you something special. They really did. My wife said it’s the prettiest flowers she’s ever got. I love to support local businesses, so I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

I live in Arkansas and my fiance lives in Oregon. She was having a bad week, so I called Wild Poppy to deliver flowers to my finance's work. I told them by budget, what I wanted and I needed them delivered before noon so she can enjoy the flowers all day. Wild Poppy came through, delivered them way before noon and my fiance loved the flowers and showed them off to everyone. If you need something done a certain way, then Wild Poppy will bend over backwards to make it happen.
