Sadly, there have been too many bad experiences over the recent years. Switched banks after many decades.Slow, bare minimum service. Information is often provided with condescension and disdain.Outside ATM unreliable at best, multiple mechanical issues experienced.

I have stopped twice just this week at the drive up and waited and waited..no one in sight ..no one even acknowledges I am there. I waited so long the first time..that I eventually just drove away. I thought about honking my horn but that seemed too rude so I just left. The second time I sat there for what seemed like forever...finally a woman came slowly walking towards me...said hello...as if all was good...really? Not a "sorry for the wait" nothing....Some days it is difficult for me to get in and out of the car so I thought I could use the drive up...WRONG..
