While I like bimart. I rarely go in there. I get that people are ruining it for the rest of us. It's rather annoying to not even be able to look at your merchandise without feeling like your being rushed out. Either switch to all online and make it accessible as well as keep it updated or don't be snooty just bc someone asks for something specific. I had an employee walk me to three separate parts of the store and during that i saw a few items I was interested in. 2 of which I would have happily purchased but will now do so online. I'm not interested in supporting a store makes customers feel bad for browsing let alone asking questions.

I really love shopping by mart. It is local and I believe has a lot of american made products and friendly customer service, nice and clean environment. Easy to find what you're looking for.

Since I've moved to Sutherlin with my family/ the local BiMart has become one of my favorite stores in town. Locals are very nice there, nice shopping store*. Thanks

It is not a clean store, and
it has a parking lot full of radical drivers and is not wheelchair friendly. A lot of people park in handicap spots you're not handicapped

Most of the store is pretty normal for bi mart, but the lady that works in sporting goods is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I went in to buy a firearm and she acted like I had ruined her day. She was condescending and rude. She made it very clear through body language and tone of voice that she resented helping me. She talked down to me like I was stupid and didn't know how to do a background check. She told me it would take a couple days for my back ground check to clear. After about 5 days I called and got told to don't call back we will call you. That she is to busy to do it. So here I wait to find out. If ur buying a gun try to get some other that this lady to help u. I won't here.anymore. There is alot more details but I think this gives a more concise review than me just complaining.
