“I haven’t seen the floral arrangement yet (although by the photos of her work I’m certain it will be absolutely lovely!), but Janelle *saved my Sissy’s day* today! My sis lives in Elkton, right between Out Of Range of Everywhere and Deep In the Sticks, Oregon, and even after literal hours of calling surrounding areas I couldn’t find a florist to deliver flowers to my Sissy on her birthday. ? But after telling me she no longer had a retail shop and regrettably couldn’t help me, Janelle *called me back* and offered to meet my sis’ hubby by Dodge Creek Stables to bring him an arrangement for my sis! (!!!!) I’m talking it was the 11th hour on a Friday afternoon, and Janelle felt badly that I couldn’t find flowers for my sis and dropped everything to make her an arrangement and graciously offered to coordinate with and meet my sis’s hubby to deliver the flowers to him! (!!!!) This platinum level of customer service is *unheard of* in this day and age, but moreover Janelle’s compassion and empathy for a complete stranger from Where There Is EVERYTHING Within 5 Miles, Michigan is truly admirable and honorable and touched me deeply!

If Janelle cares *this much* and takes *this level of personal care and accountability* for a frazzled stranger, imagine what she’ll do for members of her own community, whether making arrangements to celebrate a baptism or to express sympathy for the passing of a loved one! And if she puts as much care and effort into creating her floral arrangements as she did into taking care of me and my Sissy’s birthday flowers, I KNOW Janelle’s arrangements will be floral masterpieces and the most special in all of Oregon!

Another florist in your area who has a house in a tree didn’t even give me the courtesy of a call back, but *you* went above and beyond to listen, to care and to take action to help a desperate stranger try to make her sister’s birthday extra special! “Such a sweet place. You enter into a wholesale warehouse type door but a few steps in to your left is the entrance. It is so cute in the store, smells amazing and the owner is beyond friendly. We bought a sword for a great price. All sorts of things here. :) Happy Shopping!”
