Great Northern trailers are well built. I have a 19 year old 14k GN tilt flatbed that had given many years of reliable service. I brought it back in to be refurbished. It turned out better than I expected. They did an excellent job! Now it's ready to go again and looks brand new. These are really quality trailers. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Wow...Just Wow.Absolutely fabulous product...I bought a 7000# single axle tilt deck off of Richard and Jean from South Island Trailers on Vancouver Island B.C. and was just blown away with what I was seeing.I bought this trailer sight unseen because I really needed the trailer and other trailer companies lead - times were 8-10 months out and Richard got me mine in under 2.5 months.I was worried about the quality not seeing any Great Northern products before, and buying it on-line.The minute I laid eyes on this trailer i could see the quality craftsmanship and seemless welds and finishes of them...The gauge steel they use for their fenders really stand apart from other fenders on leading competitors.The 5 inch c - channel frame goes all the way to the pivot, and the cast adjustable hitch and locking mechanism and pin was another nice feature, not to even mention the 7000# drop leg. The knife edge approach is also so precise.The lead times are going to be somewhat longer than the time I waited ( i lucked out apparently) , but I tell you with no word of a lie I would have waited a year or two to own a Great Northern Trailer Works product.I also have to say I am sorry to see the one star rating you received by someone who didn't even purchase your product...You Fella's deserve 5 *'s all day long.

I contacted GN trailers to see if they could install custom hard wood, "Apitong" on my trailers. Sure was the immediate answer. I ordered the trailer and it was beautiful, towed perfect. The wood install was great. They went out of there way to make me happy. They have a great crew and factory. Highly recommend.

Great place to buy a trailer. Love my 7 x 12 Ironhorse dump with 14,000# axles. It was well worth the trip to Sutherlin. Thank you for a super trailer!

This company saved us, we lost the bearing to our 5th wheel, was stuck on the side of the freeway for 5 hours trying to repair it, unfortunately by the time we got to the repair shop they were closed and didn't open till Monday, so we sat in the dirt lot next to the shop for 2 days, the mechanic/security guard on site was very nice and even came over and looked at it and let the boss know ahead of time we were there and our situation, on Monday knowing we were stranded, they started working on our 5th wheel 2 hours before they even opened, they didn't have to, they could have waited till 9, but they went the extra mile for us and for that were gonna drive the 4 hours south it takes to get there to get the other axle replaced, i want to take the time to thank every welder and mechanic for working in it, and a special thanks to the owner for his understanding and patience with 2 people that didn't understand the whole process, and explained everything so we weren't lost or confused!!!

All I needed was a 3,500# axle, springs, tires, and wheels, but Nick treated me like I was buying some high dollar speciality trailer. I got prices from two other places in Roseburg but none came even close to Great Northern. They had to order the axle to match the dementions of my trailer and it arrived in one week. Getting personal treatment by the owner tells a lot about the integrity of this company. I highly recommend Great Northern . I am a highly satisfied customer with no affiliation to this company.

I called to get advise on my trailer. The salesperson Nick is so knowledgeable and objective about trailer and hauling specifics. He helped me make a decision and put my mind at ease about hauling cross Canada. No other trailer company in michigan or elsewhere was able to provide or help. Thank u so much for this. Great service, the team at Great Northern are experts at what they do. They have fixed two trailers for me that had issues even when they were not a product Great Northern manufactured and gone above and beyond to make them work better.

Best experience I have ever had with any type of vehicle manufacturer I have dealt with. Besides building one of the best quality trailers around they have the best customer service I have ever seen. Seriously unbelievable, but every company should be taking their cues on customer service from these guys.I purchased an 18' 10k Great Northern Trailer a month ago because it was one of the highest quality 10k trailers I could find. It had an odd vibration on the way home and I called the manufacturer direct to ask about it. They transferred me directly to the owner who immediately addressed the issue and was willing to take any measure to make sure I was satisfied. I didn't get any run-around or delays. They put 4 brand new tires and rims on that day and when the vibration didn't stop they built me a brand new trailer in two weeks from scratch, no questions asked.The only companies who can afford to have customer service this good are companies who build a great product. I can't recommend them highly enough and know that any trailer I buy in the future will be from Great Northern Trailers.

I had a Great Northern Trailer for 10 years without any issues. Sold it and bought another Great Northern Trailer with a dump bed. Great workmanship and they stand behind their trailers. Great people and locally owned in Sutherlin Oregon. If you want the best buy a Great Northern Trailer.
