We can't call in for a refill more that 6 days in advance - sometimes they give you an even shorter window; we give them 2-3 days to fill before we go pick them up. One is done... maybe, and we're told they have to order the other one and it will be there on xx day. Days later, we head back in and it's still not filled. The script comes in it's OWN BOTTLE! They just need to confirm and slap a sticker on it! Some people are on meds that they must take on a daily basis and skipping just one day can be life threatening. The wait time this pharmacy forces on anyone is quite simply unacceptable! And the fact that I can't leave a zero star review is annoying!

I have waited over a week for them to transfer my meds to a different pharmacy from their location. I don’t suggest. They don’t take goodrx and are out of stock of most diabetic medications frequently.

We serve a lot of seniors who either no longer drive or should not be driving. Sutherlin does deliver. I dropped a star because during the time staff were supposed to be masking, some of them did not, and some wore their masks below their noses. Considering almost all of their clientele is probably immune compromised, I think management could have enforced better behavior. The gift selection contains cute and unusual items. They have a good selection of greeting cards. There is parking on the side of the building, which I mention because parking is at a premium in downtown Sutherlin.

This place is run like a joke. Despite them having organization to their shelves, they apparently rarely apply it when hanging filled prescriptions ready for pickup. In addition to this, it takes them DAYS to fill prescriptions if one fails to call in, due to them opting to fill others whose prescriptions were just faxed in, provided they call or come in and actually ask for it. They should be filled in order, period.

Pharmacist is very helpful and is always willing to answer any questions and the rest of the staff is friendly as well. Great place to grab over the counter medicine and or to refill your prescriptions

There’s hope! Have a nonnarcotic prescription that I couldn’t refill via the automated phone system this morning because “it’s too soon” so I called at 9:00 when they open. Michael was pleasant, agreeable, and said it would be ready to pickup today. Very pleased about my interaction with Michael! I agree with some of the other reviews about unfriendly employees who really need some customer service training! As a local business owner myself, I make every effort to shop locally. Thank you Michael!

Worst experience with a pharmacy ever they told me they would resend my prior. It took them two weeks of me calling and asking about it before I came in my self for them to say they never sent it. Then they said my wife could not pick up for me. After once again not having my script in stock I switched to a better pharmacy.

Store has changed for the worst. Very few greeting cards, higher prices, no essential oils for medical use. Unfriendly staff. I won't be going back. So sad ?. I loved Sutherlin Drug store for years. For gifts and medicine

I almost don’t want to comment on how good/helpful the staff at this pharmacy is because….I don’t want everyone going to this pharmacy and then having to wait longer lol BUT the staff at Sutherlin drug are the BEST. They have things completed in a timely manner, always put a rush on it if you need them to; and never have tried to unnecessarily put a hold or give you any trouble w/ your medications like every other pharmacy on the planet. The staff also are willing to go out of their way to help you find cheaper alternatives for out of pocket medications. Overall amazing experience so far! They show the importance of doing the job RIGHT! Thank you!
