There’s hope! Have a nonnarcotic prescription that I couldn’t refill via the automated phone system this morning because “it’s too soon” so I called at 9:00 when they open. Michael was pleasant, agreeable, and said it would be ready to pickup today. Very pleased about my interaction with Michael! I agree with some of the other reviews about unfriendly employees who really need some customer service training! As a local business owner myself, I make every effort to shop locally. Thank you Michael!

Worst experience with a pharmacy ever they told me they would resend my prior. It took them two weeks of me calling and asking about it before I came in my self for them to say they never sent it. Then they said my wife could not pick up for me. After once again not having my script in stock I switched to a better pharmacy.

Store has changed for the worst. Very few greeting cards, higher prices, no essential oils for medical use. Unfriendly staff. I won't be going back. So sad ?. I loved Sutherlin Drug store for years. For gifts and medicine

I almost don’t want to comment on how good/helpful the staff at this pharmacy is because….I don’t want everyone going to this pharmacy and then having to wait longer lol BUT the staff at Sutherlin drug are the BEST. They have things completed in a timely manner, always put a rush on it if you need them to; and never have tried to unnecessarily put a hold or give you any trouble w/ your medications like every other pharmacy on the planet. The staff also are willing to go out of their way to help you find cheaper alternatives for out of pocket medications. Overall amazing experience so far! They show the importance of doing the job RIGHT! Thank you!

I wanted to transition my prescription services from BiMart, and figured it would be a lengthy process.... Nope.They had my info, they refilled my late prescription, and sent me on my way.Amazing. They are swamped w the new customers, but I'm so happy to keep my business local. Great job!!

It may be best to come by on weekday mornings if you want to avoid long wait times. There's plenty of cute trinkets if you're into that sort of thing.

Usually had alright service there. Went in today to get Sudafed, which you should be able to purchase over the counter now without a prescription and was told I need a prescription. I told them you don't need a prescription but that didn't matter. I called another local pharmacy and confirmed you no longer need a prescription. Not sure what's up with them, maybe overwhelmed with Bi-mart pharmacy closing.

Of the 4 times I have dealt with Sutherlin Drug, I have had 1 acceptable experience. 2 times my prescription wasn't ready after calling first to make sure. The last time, I called to make sure the doctor sent my new prescription. They then told me that my insurance rejected them. They did not let me know this, even after knowing this for 36 hours. No apology. Now I am out for at least 3 more days. Why?
