“There was only one person working in the store (two more outside in the garden area). I was looking for a couple of specific items that were difficult to find and one was not in a logical place. I had to ask for assistance as to location and the cashier was unable to think about where the item was and run her register. She looked at me like I was an imposition that she should not have to deal with. Granted there was a line at the register and she was essentially alone, but she could have paged a coworker.”

“Went there today because every pet store in roseburg was out of Dubia roaches and let me tell you it was a wonderful experience my 3y/o had broken one of the 3D printed toys they sell in their store and the owner was nice enough to sell the toy for what they paid for it they also have some very cool reptiles even huge snakes in the back area for how small of a store it is they sure did have a lot of things in there they also had pretty good prices on cork bark which I had been looking for as well for my ball python enclosure I will definitely be coming back”
