09/29/2025 Update
The postmaster Tonia is a very kind lady, I'm very happy that she runs the post office here.
Today was my first time coming into this post office location. The blonde lady with long hair (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name) has a great personality and work ethic along with great customer service. A very good representation of the company.

Don't bother trying to call they won't answer the phone tried atleast 15 times over 3 day period.

We moved to Sutherlin last November and they have been a constant problem. We had to pay for new lock on mail box so mail was on hold until that was done. We went to pick up our mail and gave our name they brought us a stack of mail with one of ours on top so we took it but as we started going through it the only one in our name was one on top. Still get old residents mail. Had to send a overnight mail to brother-in-law that is now in Assisded living 640 miles away. It didn't make it in time promised and was told to go to local Post office to get refund. They said they would check on it, then before I got home 3 Miles away they sent a copy and paste response. They didn't even call Post Master in other town to get answers to questions I brought up. Now we put in charge of address for ONLY Brother in law and they sent all our mail to his assisted living where he has no way of mailing it back. Everytime I talk to themThere is NEVER a sorry, just make it sound like "no big deal" It is a very big deal !!!! Now for the next year we have to worry if we are getting all our mail. Have 2 friends that retired from USPS in California and they were watched and trained over and over so these things don't happen. I guess not same here.

I take packages to ship every week and I run into a rude employee at least once a week. I know they are super busy, but when I ask a simple question I don’t expect to be snapped at every single time I’m in there. Really unprofessional and will be using a different post office

Received notice my general delivery mail was in. Went to the post office, was (properly) asked for my ID, and then was given my mail. Everything went as expected. Thanks much!

The staff at the United States Postal Service here in town are wonderful. They are always helpful when we need our mail to be held and such. Of course we adore our mail carrier lady, we don't want to mention her name here without her permission, but she attends church with us in Roseburg. So thank you to all!
