If I could I would most definitely be putting a negative 0 Star report because first of all the guy that is working tonight didn't want to take my $25 dollar winning ticket for me and was kinda rude about it too and then the two slides of pizza I asked for is older than dirt! It was very hard and wasn't very good tasting and because I had 4 different drinks (water, soda, and Gatorade) I've asked for a plastic bag and he got a little more upset and just to pissed him off on purpose this time I asked him for two more scratch off lottery tickets $5 each and he was saying something in a different language! That's guy should definitely be fired!!! He needs to work on his people skills and learn how to manage a store by himself if that's the job he wants!

Super stingy about the meat in the sandwiches. And you only get a little bit at the end of the sandwich and the rest is just bread.

If I could give no stars I would, they double charged my food stamps and, even when I showed proof, they wouldn't refund the second charge. I am beyond angry

This store is clean and organized. I have been in a dozen times, and each time I was warmly greeted. The folks working there are friendly and always ready to point out any good deals or sales that may interest me.

BEWARE OF 7-ELEVEN'S PRACTICES!!!
Went into 7-Eleven tonight and ordered two of their extreme meat pizzas and had them bake them in store. We didn't look at them before we left, admittedly I should have, but once we got home noticed that neither one of them were cut. We decided to just cut them ourselves, no biggie. Right?? We quickly realized that the pizza was doughy and uncooked. So we immediately took them back into the store, thinking that they'd be apologetic and/or offer to fix it. I wasn't rude or demanding AT ALL. Just showed them the doughy crust underneath the toppings and let them know they hadn't cut the other one either. They proceeded to do nothing to resolve the issue other than argue with me and try to tell me that the pizza WAS done, even after I showed them a piece that had sticky, stretchy dough on it!! One of them who's name is "Jot", his name tag was put on upside down was extremely rude, arrogant and argumentative with me! His coworker, "Sangh" was very clearly irritated about having to do anything about this issue based on his huffing around and body language. He spoke in a different language the entire time. They offered no solution to the problem whatsoever. After one of them calling a "supervisor" on the phone, I was offered for them to put both pizzas back into the oven to cook longer. The first picture on this post shows half eaten pieces of the pizza and a piece with no topping on it showing them the doughyness underneath. That pizza was brought from my home into the store and thrown back into their oven for a second time, with the same wax paper, taken out, put back in the box as is. Very unsanitary practices, in my opinion and it makes me wonder what else they are doing and/or not doing according to health department regulations.

Ever since the new owners of this place it seems they can never get anything right with prices I literally do everything I can to avoid asking them anything that has to do with prices because they have not a single clue about anything they have advertised and will argue with you about the prices. Don't assume the prices they have posted on their advertisements are the correct price because they will sit there and argue about it the entire time and tell you it's more. The owners should probably look into their false advertisement in their establishments and also possibly think about getting some people who actually speak English! I'm sorry but the Iranians that work in there don't have a IQ level high enough handle that type of work, They can not even run the cash register right either! I will be taking my business To one of the other Stores in the town That Don't Have me leaving With a headache Just from dealing with them! I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way either. And those people get paid to work, not to constantly be on there phone talking with there headset. Seems like everytime I go in there the guy is talking on the phone while he's ringing me up. ?
To the owner get some actual workers that can speak English and don't want to argue the prices on what they have advertized. If the prices are correct on the advertisements then there pocketing the extra 50 cents from each customer who buys 2 slices of pizza.
