“I’ve lived at Talent Parkside Apartments for about five years now, and I wanted to share a positive update. Since Kierstan stepped in as the new manager, there has been a noticeable improvement. She’s doing a phenomenal job, very respectful, approachable, and professional. Communication has been clear and calm, without the aggressive or stressful emails that sometimes come with property management.
The landscaping and maintenance staff have also been great. They are friendly, responsive, and they clearly care about keeping the property looking nice. One of the things I really value here is the privacy along with the strong community feel. It’s a comfortable place to live, and overall I’ve been happy calling this home.”

“This was my first apartment I’ve lived in and I love it! There are so many great amenities like a mini move theatre, pool, clubhouse, tennis court, basketball court and many little parks for kids. The staff are all amazing as well and so helpful. 10/10 would recommend to any family. Peaceful and safe neighbourhood as well.”
