“I dropped my bike off for a check-up while I went out of town for a few days, and it came back fully tuned and clean. The team at Piccadilly evaluates what needs to be done and advises me about wear and tear that might need attention down the road. Great service, great shop!”

“Jeff was awesome. He is so knowledgeable and really helped me and my son out. I , having 4 boys don’t have a lot of extra cash laying around. I am to thankful for his service and patience. I recommend Adventure Bikes to all of my friends and scouts.”

“Great customer service, 5/5 would use again. The team (Samantha and Kenny) went above and beyond to help us. They were able to accommodate our late arrival and drop, and made sure my short wife had a the right size bike. The bikes were great. I give my highest recommendation!”

“5 stars, absolutely! Actually came in for hot tub supplies. Such a treat to experience such exemplary customer service and it felt good supporting a local business. The prices were extremely fair. I’ll be doing my bike parts shopping and bike servicing here as well. Thank you again!”

“Some of the friendliest people around. They were able to fix an issue with my bike that other shops had missed and were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were even abundantly patient with me when it took me an embarrassingly long time to come pick up my bike. This shop has none of the pretentious attitude that some places can have with non-serious bikers like me. I appreciate them and will do all my future purchases and repairs here!!”

“I am new to cycling. During the process of researching bikes before my purchase at Cycle Sport, I picked up on the importance of finding a shop where I would find ongoing support. From the first day I walked in to Cycle Sport, I knew this was the shop for me. Throughout the process everyone was so kind and easygoing. Then with my purchase, Jake went above and beyond to help me with an issue with Trek, while Sparky maintained a solid support so I did not miss the joy and significance of my having joined the cycling community! What a great experience - thank you.”

“So I read a prior review of someone who drove from the SF Bay Area to pick up a bike from these folks, and can concur - great experience! I was trying to pick up a couple of Specialized Turbo Kenevo bikes and most everywhere was out-of-stock because of the big sale they were having ($9000 MSRP down to $5800). Eventually did get what I wanted - but could only have them delivered and was shopping around for a great shop to set them up, test ride and go. Well, found the folks at Siskiyou Cyclery. Usually I'm heading further north to Medford, but the plan was to also enjoy Oregon and take a visit to Crater Lake. These folks are conveniently located near middle of Ashland. They're on a main road so you will have an easy time finding them (and turning around if you miss). Parking is nice - there's two spots on the road in front of the shop, parking in the back and next door parking if you have a larger vehicle as well. Inside, it's a bike shop. Nothing fancy. What is nice is that while I was waiting, I saw one mom bring her kids (6?) bike in because of a flat. I saw another guy just wander in needing a derailleur. Very low-key and friendly in terms of "sure, drop it off and come back this afternoon" and no, I didn't feel I was being blown off while they got those folks in and out. When I was picking up the Kenevo's, engaged in light conversation and they knew their stuff. "What is the bottom bracket of the e-bike?" or "what is the largest chain ring I can run?" plus they got into the conversation of what e-bike rules are locally, which varies crazily for USDA and USFS along NP land. Grabbed a bike, after it being set up and went for a quick ride. You can go right out the door, and then right again to head towards Starbucks. You can stay on that same road the shop is on for a long and level ride. You can go straight out and head up some minor inclines (not 10 ring stuff, but middle cog, haha) Paperwork was easy, in and out basically. You're not going to be stuck there while they treat you like a baby explaining how the dropper seat post works, or how to charge up your e-bike - unless you want to be. Overall, because "Oregon" and "Ashland" convenience, this is a great shop to stop by, get repairs or parts, and enjoy the Ashland scenery!”

“I am really surprised at the low level ratings here because I have been going to this bike shop for years and John and his staff are always wonderful! John has worked on our mtn bikes over the years and is always fair and honest. I would not take my bikes anywhere else.”
