“Honestly I can’t say enough positive things about this store.. I had to switch service from Verizon to Us cellular because we didn’t get service where we live and I’m so happy we came to this location, these guys will make sure you’re taken care of. I’ve been to 2 other stores in Medford and I have nothing bad to say about those stores but this one is by far my favorite! I didn’t get the card of the gentleman that helped me because he’s normally in central point but thank you Nathan for your help. Nick, and Jorge are at this location and they will take care of you. ??”

He volunteered to drive to me house and check everything personally. He did. It turned out that this is a cable problem (interior), not AHN's responsibility; for his standout work with me, I would give him ten stars, if that was possible....”

“I have a iPhone 14+ for the last couple weeks/ months. I have had problems with my cell phone hearing up, unable to make or end calls, the screen freezing, unable to even turn the darn thing off. Over that span of time, I had communicated and asked for assistance with the Call center, IT, and both stores (Center and Central) located in Medford.
It was only after going to Deltawaters. I was finally able to get the assistance that I had been requesting for quite some time.

The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. I also think he noticed my disparity and frustration and quite frankly how I was going to lose my ____.

The manager welcomed into the Delta Waters Verizon store and the manager quickly assisted me with my problem. He did some button code on my phone and then explain to me the cache and short term memory, and how it can affect a phone.
I was unaware of all of this, and I’m guessing the other associates were too (both local Verizon stores and Verizon CS). I think I was there less than 15 minutes.
I HIGHLY recommend the Deltawaters store and their management in Medford, to anyone with Verizon or wanting to have Verizon as their service provider!”

“I recently had a virus on my new phone and sought out advice from my local Verizon store. They said they couldn't help me out and sent me to the geek squad at best buy . After two lengthy trips to the geek squad and a few hundred dollars they gave up and said I needed to go nuclear and get a new Sim card. I returned to Verizon and a young lady named Jade helped me. A young male associate went and got a sim card to install, but Jade said not so fast and actually took the time to see if it was necessary. She quickly diagnosed the issue, changed my texting app to Verizon, and cleared up the problem. Bingo bango problem solved. Her initiative, skill set, and excellent customer service was so refreshing. Thanks to her alone I was a happy customer.”
