This review is for their poor customer service. I ordered 2 different hats and they sent 2 of the same hat. They did refund my money for the duplicate hat, however they refused to waive the shipping charges if I ordered the hat again. This meant I would have to pay additional shipping charges to get the items I originally ordered. Terrible policy. For $6.95, they’ve lost a good customer. It also makes me question whether or not they really stand behind their lifetime guarantee.

I am very disappointed in my delivery time. My delivery is due to arrive Tues 8/23. When i ordered i had no idea it would take 10 days or i would have shipped it to my primary residence. When you order on the order screen and confirmation pay screen you should tell people it will take 10 days for shipping. On this specific order my package arrived by ups at ups facility Spartanburg, SC Friday 8/19@2:18 which is 2 hours 112 miles to my ship to address in Cullowhee, NC. Yet I now must stay an extra 3 days for my package before traveling back to my primary home. I am attaching a map showing this delivery is going in a circle during this 3 day delay.There must be a better way!

No customer service and they switched delivery service to USPS. Emailed them 3x and no response. I'll update if I ever get anything from them. Received a call from SA and we talked over the shipping. they had sent me responses but for unknown reasons i never received them. We are good now. Hat came today and is excellent.
