This is hands down the best post office I’ve ever been to. They have consistently great service and are always knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and helpful. They are one of the places that make this town a pleasure to live in. 😊

I went in to find out how to get a parcel from a locker and was helped by a very rude woman who spoke to me like I was an idiot, and answered my question with an inpatient tone. Not a very nice greeting for a new resident.

I own a local small business that does a lot of mail orders. I am here almost daily, and drop off bulky and heavy packages. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. The branch is sometimes short staffed, but that isn't the staff's fault.

I can't say I understand the 1-star reviews here. My personal experience has always been positive. Staff is friendly and capable. As an ex-Talent resident, now residing nearby, I often make the drive to the Talent Post Office just because of the small-town vibe.

I notice that the lady at the post office has been singled out twice here. I need to agree that she needs to have a sit down with the postmaster about how she treats her customers. That job is all about service and I generally see people being pretty open and kind going in there. There is no need for the types of interactions that are occurring. Please have a chat with her for a reoccurring issue. Otherwise the place is fine. The one star is for this issue alone.

A clerk named Sharon is the absolute worst person I have ever dealt with in my life! She is rude, demeaning and needs to find another job where she doesn't have to deal with the public. The talent postmaster needs to have a serious talk with her. I will not go back to that post office if she is there! That's how bad it is. If you can avoid this post office I suggest you do. They define incompetents and disregard.
