Im so disappointed. The movers spent the day on their phones all day long. What should have takin 4 hours took twice as long. They were blatant about it and Im sure if Id had a male around they wouldnt have been so rude. What could I do? I called the Company and talked to the operations manager who was actual rude about it. Why be upset with the customer when your guys are taking advantage of a client? Ive moved many times and have never written a review. I hope this at least helps someone in their future move. Horrible experience.

We needed movers on specific dates, and ones that would move grand pianos. We spoke with Scott and they agreed to come. I sent in a list of our furniture, which included many antiques, two grand pianos, a harpsichord and an organ, plus some really heavy buffets, etc. The crew of 5 men arrived a bit early, and came with the size truck we requested. (We can't get a huge truck in our driveway.) After a quick walk through they started wrapping our belongings. I truly have never had a better experience with any movers! They were very careful with our family antiques, wrapping some with blankets, plastic and cardboard to protect them. I had some pieces with curved glass too. Everything came through perfectly. I can't say enough good things about our moving experience with Corvallis.

They send an E-Mail stating when they would be sending over a delivery one day ahead of time and do not respond. No calls or texts after they had the item in their warehouse for a week and a half. Told they would deliver in between 10 am-2 pm. Decide to let me know @ 1 pm that they are not going to make it after I took the day off of work. Obviously unhappy with the guy on the phone, he decides he does not want to hear about it and hangs up on me. Call dispatch, wait 2 more hours for a callback, and decide to call back myself after no response via E-Mail again. They tell me they are going to have to rent a truck and deliver it the next day and will call when they are able to bring it by. Basically, if you live in Lane County and are ordering anything that is large from Costco.com think again, these guys have a single delivery truck? How are you supposed to get anything done? The dispatch person is understanding and nice but must be forgetful in saying they will get back to you and does not. I would think twice about using these guys for anything at this point, they will just waste your time and give you no reason for it. I might as well drive to them with a truck and do the dang thing myself...

I hired them to pack my furniture into a moving truck for a self move when we were moving out of state. The two employees who they sent had no idea how to pack a truck and I ended up having to repack it. They also took apart a recliner for some reason on top of an expensive entertainment table I have and scratched and dinged up the top of it. They tried covering it up with a blanket and putting a small table on the top hoping we wouldn't notice until we got to our final destination, which we didn't. I wrote to the owners about the damage and was ignored. Very unhappy with the service I received.

I purchased replacement value insurance for my move across town in November 2017. Three tables were damaged in the move and owner Scott refused to follow up with me to have the tables repaired. Essentially he stole $700 from me. Find someone else to handle your move!
