“Jeff helped me get a unit and made the process really easy. Great customer service skills and he gladly answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this place!”
“We had a great experience getting signed up here. We needed something close, secure, user friendly and able to accommodate vehicles. They have security cameras everywhere, they are right off the 5 Fwy and someone lives on the property too! They were efficient, thorough and friendly. Finding a good place to trust with your belongings isn’t easy. This was painless, soooooo much better than I expected. Thank you, Honeylynn!”

“I used Cross Town Movers out of Corvallis for my recent move in Lebanon. This was the 2nd time I have hired them in 2 years. Matt W. & Josh F. were very professional, careful, and quick. They put padding on the doors and used a floor runner. They were very careful with all my belongings and everything made it to my new home safely. I highly recommend them to anyone moving locally”
“Amazing great people work amazing with especially if your forgetful like me super easy communication if u need storage that’s affordable and clean you gotta go here🫶”

“I was able to do some stump grinding for them which familiarized myself with the site. The facility is well-maintained and friendly staff are there to help answer your questions. Fully fenced too!”
“I stored some overflow when downsizing after a move. They were efficient and easy to work with. Would suggest anyone in Albany to store your stuff with SafeLock.”
“Very reasonable priced units, I never had any problems with management. Everything you could want in somewhere to store your stuff. No overly complicated paperwork and excessive policies.”

“One of the best cold storage I ever been. People at office friendly. Forklift driver was fast and friendly to. With check in and check out took them 1 hour for my 10.00am appointment. They do have overnight parking, at the back of the warehouse on gravel. Its clean, and I hope drivers will keep it that way. This place is 10/10 definitely coming back!. God bless you all!”
“I'm sorry that I forgot to get the name of the woman who helped me on the morning of March 30, 2026, but she was EXCELLENT! Very, very helpful and friendly. Add to that, the prices are very good. Just watch out for those potholes on the road in!”
“I truly appreciate Donna in the office. She has always been firm but compassionate no matter what I was going through I felt heard even if her answer was no she took the time to listen. I have had zero trouble with my unit and there were times I was in and out 5 times a day doing things. And times I didn’t go by for a while and I never had trouble at the facility. She always makes sure no body is hanging out side the facility so I never felt unsafe while I was there.”
“Patty the gal that runs the place is the most helpful and pleasant person to work with. She's knowledgeable, prompt and professional. This is a very safe and secure place to store your belongings and I would highly recommend this business to anyone with storage needs.”
“Over the years I've had experience with many storage units. I have to say this has been the best unit I have ever had Bridget is and her husband are right there to help you with whatever you need. And I could not ask for better service from it's a team. I have rented for about 2 years now. And I needed an extra unit for emergency purposes. And they were able to come up with one very close to my other one. So they went out of their way. You can't bake this place for storage facility. God bless you people”
“Highly recommend Alexis and this location.
She fixed a messy situation with grace.
Helped us securing multiple units and went above and beyond. Thank you Alexis.”

“Nice people, easy to find and easy to back into. Not the quickest at loading though hence only 4 stars. Places need to realize that we're on electronic logs and stop taking so long to load or unload.”
