Worst customer service ever (Amber) is discourteous and unpleasant every time. I recommend Umpqua on 3rd- better yet, the one in Hood River is exceptional.

It looks nice on the inside but goodness the bank’s charges people for having their money there when the bank will profit off of it? They should be thanking you for you providing them with a way to create loans.

This bank has some of the most miserable and unfriendly tellers I've ever had to deal with. If this wasn't the bank of my employer I would never use this branch.

Worst bank ever takes up to a week for thing to get cleared from your account I deposit a payroll check that is from their own bank 72 hours later and I'm still waiting for it be in my account and they told me it would take up to 24 hours when I opened the account so they are not honest

Before they were bought out, they were a really good bank. When it was bought out I was told I was grandfathered in for not having to pay monthly fees. Without telling me they just decided I was going to be paying monthly fees. Can't do anything I want to do over the phone. They want you to go in to the bank to take care of it even if you don't live within an hour of the bank. I was in the bank and they told me to call regarding a question I had. When I called they told me I needed to go into the bank. Think it's about time to switch.
