I took my Tesla in for a repaint on the back trunk.
they did a great job, the car looks like new again. It was a great price and they paid attention and care to your concerns. Plus the added reassurance of a lifetime warranty on the paint. Thanks again and will do business with them again!

Brought my car in last year for a full repaint. After barely one year the paint started To bubble and peel. I couldn’t even take it through a car wash anymore. I spoke What’s the owner several times and he told me they only had a one year warranty, which is something I’ve never heard of. I played with him to help me because I had saved for two years to buy myself a car. He ended up hanging up the phone on me and told me not to call back. I wish I could post a photo

Avoid using this shop at all cost, find another. I was involved in a “not at fault accident”. It’s even worth the drive to Portland to find another. Travis comes off as a nice guy, but he and this shop are nothing but puppets on a string for the mobile insurance adjuster. Travis does not advocate for you at all, the adjuster says jump, Travis says how hi. Not only that, his guys do incompetent work that if your lucky enough the local adjuster approves and doesn’t try saying “that was there before”, or “the accident wouldn’t have cause this or that” even though this was on only a 2 year old truck that was still in brand new condition Prior to this not at fault accident. I ended up having to bring my truck to another shop (I advise going to a big shop, maybe all small shops cater to the adjusters, or maybe it’s just this one) which was in a different region with a different adjuster (same insurance company though) who approved thousands more in work in what was called a “re-repair. I had to actually brought it to three different shops total after the dalles Collison center. 1. Bumper shop to reinstall the bumper Travis put on (his guy mounted it to high and every time tailgate opened it would hit the bumper , therefor dented my tailgate). 2.Les Schwab for alignment work, and brake line replacement that Travis guys missed..
Leif’s Collison in Portland (twice) for to much more to list here on this review, but a thousands of additional repair, plus a re- repair of Travis work and the additional damaged cause by Travis’s shops work.
And yes I tried a number of times reasoning with Travis and getting him to fix his shops mistakes, he would always put me off, say he would get back to me, or it wasn’t his shops fault it was Leif’s. even though everything is documented he wanted no part of making it even somewhat right. I would give the dalles Collison center a negative 5 star if possible.

DO NOT use this shop. They painted my vehicle in April 2023, by September 2023 all of the paint was peeling off the doors and the rest of the vehicle was bubbled. I bought it from the dealership in September and the previous owner had it painted. Travis That owns the shop told me they cannot warranty it if there is a new owner lol. The fact that the paint didn’t even last five Months was apparently not a big deal. Travis stated that the dealership could have used a chemical when they were detailing it, and that caused all the bubbling. I contacted the dealership I bought might be hook from and they said that excuse was absolutely laughable. They also said they do not work with this shop anymore because of the same problems.
I really wish I was able to Post my photos so you can see what they did to my vehicle.

I have recieved excellent customer service on more than one occasion at The Dalles Collision Center. Both times I needed their services unexpectedly and both times they were eager to help without much/any notice. Within minutes I was on my way. They set the bar for honest and professional service.

We're not sure if there was a massive communication problem happening or what, but we cannot and will not recommend this establishment. No one seemed to know any of the truck's specs after giving them the truck's details. Always blaming someone else for problems and delaying a fix by two weeks. Went somewhere else and they had a new window installed in four days. Also, these guys were going to charge us nearly $1000 and we got it fixed somewhere else for $575. Hmmm no brainer.

Had an insurance claim on body damage to my Chevy Silverado and they took care of everything. Honest, easy to work with and did a great job. I also had my windshield replaced for my other vehicle.

I went to The Dalles Collision Center because my Volkswagen was leaking when it rained. Because there was more rain in the forecast, they fitted my repair in even though they were busy. The price was great, and they were easy to talk to. I would definitely go there if I have any other car repair needs, and I will recommend them to friends.Service: Body & Trim

They were awesome to deal with! They detected a repair failure that another shop did and repaired it correctly for a great price! They are honest and quick. Highly recommended!! They even drove me to rental car place to help me pick up and drop off rental car!

Travis and his team repainted my 94 Ford F 150. They gave me a fair bid and when more touch up was required, they just stood by the bid and did the extra work without hesitation!
