A local dealer told me I needed new ball joints for a total of nearly $950. I took my vehicle to Devin’s for a second opinion. I was told and was shown that I did not need new ball joints, nor front brakes. I was advised I might need a new strut in the future but not now. While the inspection was free I gave a large tip for the great service. So good to shop locally with businesses that still have integrity.

Devin drove my car for less than 5 minutes he knew what was wrong. He directed me to the correct service I needed. After having another company tell me I need a complete transmission replacement it was rack-n-pinion steering problem. Thank you Devin

Quality work and a much lower price than the two big name tire shops in town. No appointments for tire swaps, just walk in and get name put on a list. Will definitely be going back for tire needs in the future .

As a 25 year resident of the Dalles not a single place here local that beats Devin's. Always fantastic service, my 4th time returning to Devin's for tire/alignment related issues. The best prices in town for tires and quick and reliable service. Highly recommend.

Terrible service, even worse customer service. I brought my vehicle here 3 separate times to have a breaking issue fixed and to have a tie rod fixed. They decided i needed all new rotors, calipers and break pads. after paying $600.00, the breaking issue still occurred. so when i brought it back they told me it wasn't there problem and if i wanted them to look into more i'd have set up an appointment, so i did. I waited 2 weeks for my appointment for them just to tell me that i needed new tires.. which doesn't fix the breaking at all and they "forgot" to fix my tie rod. since the problem still occurred, i asked if they could adjust my rear drum breaks because after doing my research, i found that they are most likely the issue. Devins response (the owner) was, "stop watching those youtube videos" in a condescending tone. He always has an attitude but i didn't care at first because i was hoping he did goodwork. Turns out he's not only nasty towards his customers, but he also does terrible work... there's plenty of places in town to get work done, don't waste your time and money here...

Tires and alignment. Been going here for a few years. Great customer service. Super quick and affordable. One thing I appreciate is they test drive your vehicle afterwards. This is important to me so they can check their work. Thanks crew for doing a great job. All of you are amazing!
