The pharmacy is overworked most of the time. I do not have a cell phone or app so calling in a prescription is totally cumbersome. I used be able to enter the prescription number for refill but no more. FM requires a patient have a computer and an account. The web site will not allow me to make an account because my wife made an account first, even though both of use are registered with a FM card.

Don't bother.
This pharmacy is so slow it's unusable right now.
Refilling online or over the phone doesn't do anything: they won't start to fill it until you come into the store.
Even then, you can expect to wait 45 minutes in line, just to be told it's another 2 hour wait.

They're experiencing the same staffing problems all pharmacies are experiencing these days. I'm impressed by how well they navigate so many problems and still provide good service.

The staff are overworked, and the place is terribly understaffed. Prepare to wait 45 minutes in line be told your prescription will be ready in two hours.

Went to the pharmacy four times to pick up my prescription. The third time I was told it would be an additional three hours. The fourth time, now my prescription is out of stock. Now another three days. I will be moving my prescriptions.

I'd give negative if I could . I have 2 open fractures and my prescription was sent in on Dec 12 here it is the 14th and it's still not ready. very unexceptionable.

Negative -5 star review for female pharmacist on staff October 20th,2023. Rude, unprofessional or compassionate.Unwilling to assist with filling a prescription in a timely manner. We have a daughter with intractable nauseau that needed anti nauseau medication before a flight and her answer was that she couldn't pause any activity to help us. Consequently we had to fly 4 hours without the meds our daughter needed.Love Fred Meyer, but use another pharmacy if possible.Providence in Hood River is a great facilty and we appreciate all they did to help our daughter including calling in the medication we couldn't pick up.

50/50 chance of receiving good customer service. The advertised items are not correct a lot of the time and then when a "line" manager gets involved, things get worse. Yes Sally, I'm calling you out as one of the worst customer service reps in your organization.

Order ahead for a personal shopper They bring groceries out and load in your car. Great to not share germs with other shoppers kids coughing if you're compromised. If your not able to walk around well. This is a great service

If you're looking for nice clothes and/or tights skip this store! I went here to look for a sweater that I can wear to work, the selection sucks. The clothing, shoes, hosiery used to be much better. There aren't a lot of places to shop in The Dalles and since the remodel the clothing selection is extremely disappointing. Wish we had Target or Old Navy!
